This is basically a Gratsu fanfic. They like each other but they don't know what to do about it. There's also Lucy, who's getting in the way. And cheesy stuff. I warn you, there is a little smut. This was my first fanfiction. I'm currently working on fixing mistakes even though I finished it a while ago. It's not amazingly written and it doesn't have an amazing storyline, but I hope it's enjoyable. Oh and disclaimer: I don't own Fairy Tail or any of the characters.

Love isn't always as it seems. One moment you're throwing insults and pounding each other's faces in... Wait, what? Oh. I guess love doesn't usually start out as two bickering rivals hell bent on proving who's the toughest. Are Gray and Natsu the exception?

Gray has a thing for Natsu, but when Natsu ignores all of Gray's advances, he will go to great lengths to make the fire mage fall for him.

Gray and Natsu. The two meet in class after Gray has a mysterious dream. From there Natsu begins hanging out around Gray a lot. Will opposites attract? Or will Gray be just as heartbroken as he was when Ur and Lyon left.

Natsu has a recurring nightmare of Gray dying at the hands of Zeref because he isn't strong enough to protect him. Natsu pushes himself hard than he ever has to become stronger to protect the one he loves. He starts to become sick as he forces himself to become stronger. When he finally begins to overcome this sense of weakness the two lovers are faced with the unexpected. -Mentions of violence, assault, vulgar language, and sexual actions-

Gray and Natsu get into a fight as usual but when they end up kissing how will they react? Neither of them understands what's happening between them and why they feel the way they do.
