In this story everything is "mostly" the same expect Giyuu is a female and a few other changes and add ons. We will start where all the Hashiras have already met Tanjiro and Nezuko and Giyuu is out on a mission, also Giyuu keeps it a secret about being a girl and so he looks pretty much the same as in the anime, including his voice, but he does have a little hint of feminine.
