"And We have made some of you a trial for others. Will you 斯not then撕 be patient?" The first time I read this ayah in surah Furqaan, I had no idea it defined my future so clearly. Hafiz Hakimi;- A 26-year-old Nigerian-American who grew up believing those who worshipped something they couldn't see were crazy motherfuckers. But it wasn't like he would go out of his way to tell them his opinion. His life was perfect, a routine of work, party, fuck, sleep, and repeat. His only source of annoyance was the woman whose vagina he popped out of, but even she was very far away from him. Life was good, everything was great. Until one fateful trip to Nigeria, his home country, set off a tornado that wrecked his mundane to pieces. Aliya Suleiman;- A 22-year-old hafiza whose only goal was to finish studying medicine, the devil's course. She only planned to get married after making her first million dollars, a feat her best friend Jasra said was impossible. She wasn't offended of course, because she never planned to get married. And if she did, it would be to someone more pious than her, mature and respectful; indulging. But then the one person she couldn't say no to begged her with tears in her eyes to marry her son. She was the woman who raised her and provided for her mother and her. There was no way she could refuse. It was the worst thing to have ever happened to both of them. A sudden downpour on an otherwise clear sunny day. He wasn't anywhere near the kind of man she imagined herself with. She was the woman raised by the person he hated the most. "If you didn't love me in the first place then you shouldn't have married me." She said, her heart sinking knowing that she didn't have a place in his heart. "Do you think I wanted to?" He spoke, turning his face to the side looking at her over his shoulder. "If it wouldn't have been for Zain then I wouldn't have ever!." He stated. She didn't knew how she could muster up so much courage to stride towards him and turn him by holding his hands as she made him face her. Standing on her tiptoes she was a bit his level as she caught hold of his collars. "Tell me you're lying. Tell me that it wasn't just for Zain. Tell me you're doing this because you're angry with me. Tell me that's it's all a lie!" She exclaimed at the end, her tears rolling down her cheeks freely. He looked at her for a second before he caught her hands which were on his collar and removed them, and holding her wrist, he turned it behind her back as he fiercely pulled her closer to him, his eyes staring deep into her. "Even if I am, you have lost the right to ask me that." He stated coldly. "Why!" She exclaimed. "Why did you behave so sweet with me all this time, when you had already planned to end this relation. Why did you filled this void life of mine with happiness and joy. You should have just let me be!" Her eyes held the anger and pain which her heart was feeling. "Just to let you know how it feels to be betrayed." With that said, he let go of her and moved back. *** The only things that mattered in Shumail Ibrahim's life were his friends and his work. His life was pretty normal until she entered his life. He met her suddenly just like that and with just a single look he had fallen for her deeply. Everything seemed magical and to anyone who saw them happy together seemed it was destiny that brought them together. But was it really destiny that played it's game or the mastermind was actually someone else?? Find out in Dear Shumail...Please try to forgive me.

Hafsa, a breathtakingly beautiful woman in her mid-twenties, has lived her life trapped by the invisible chains of a deeply traditional Hausa-Fulani society. Determined to avoid the stigma of being labeled a divorc茅e, she endured a marriage that eventually broke her. Now divorced, she faces a harsh reality-freedom tainted by societal judgment. Her beauty draws countless admirers, yet the moment her past is revealed, they scatter like whispers in the wind. Her family urges her to remarry, pushing her to choose from suitors who see only her outward allure. But Hafsa isn't ready to settle again-not for convenience, not for approval. She craves something far more precious: healing, peace, and the chance to rebuild her shattered self. Amidst the relentless scrutiny, Ibrahim enters her life-a man who sees her beyond the labels. Quiet, strong, and unyielding, he becomes her anchor in the storm. Ibrahim watches over her, shields her from the cruelty of the world, and gently mends the wounds she's too afraid to show. Against all odds, he fights to be with her, defying a society that deems their love impossible. In a world where the scars of divorce threaten to define her, Hafsa must decide: will she let the stigma shatter her dreams, or will she take Ibrahim's hand and rewrite her story on her own terms? A moving tale of resilience, self-discovery, and an all-consuming love that rises above the noise of judgment and tradition. This is Hafsa's journey-a battle to reclaim her life and prove that even in a world of broken expectations, love can conquer all.
