What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room. What if someone you knew was always mysterious and was hiding a secret from everyone else? Sonic met a person just like that. Shadow the Hedgehog. Sonic's known Shadow for a while now and Sonic starts to notice that something was off about Shadow. Then out of nowhere, they both disappear from the world. Sonic and Shadow have been gone for three years and everyone thinks them dead. Until Sonic's friends finds a clue about their existence. Will Sonic's friends be able to find their long lost friends or will they perish from the evils that were released by a strange force?

Sypnosis: Long ago, in a far away land of Mobius, there were a group of kingdoms that are each ruled by a king and queen, and are united by an alliance, but all the kingdoms were lead by one hedgehog. But now, a blue hedgehog prince is the next in line to assume the throne, but he needs a princess to be his queen, and he hasn't found the right princess to have as his wife. But little did he know, that there is one princess that is the right one for him. Dislaimer! I don't own the franchise! Sonic belongs to SEGA. Cream's mother Vanilla has passed away due to cancer She doesn't have any other family, so, Shadow decides to take her in as his own. Cream is more than happy about this and she's pleased when the rest of the Sonic gang becomes more involved in her life. But after getting a pendant her mother gave to her, she gains a new special ability to see when people are in love and who they're in love with. This fan fiction will go into detail about Shadow's complicated past, and will start with his creation on the ARK. Shadow is battling memories, mind-control, and struggling to find his true identity. Is he a Hero? A Villain? A Mercenary who cares for nothing but self gain? Or will he withhold nothing in his quest for revenge? He must discover who he truly is, and in the process, unearth the truth behind Maria's TRUE last request. I portray Shadow as a character who is torn between personalities. Even I don't know if he's innocent, or guilty. Only the end will tell true, and there is a journey awaiting for those who will follow it until the finish. Please comment with your opinions!
