As much as he never wanted to admit it, atleast, until sherlock jumped, is that John had loved Sherlock. No, he loves Sherlock. What happens when his best friend shows up after two years of faking his own death? Will John wish he really had died? Or will his feelings show?

Sherlock's second mistake was that he waited months to speak with her regarding the phone call. When Sherlock finally confronts Molly about his feelings he is shocked to see her hesitant and more than a little confused. Did Sherlock wait to long? While taking a much needed holiday, Molly meets a very interesting woman who opens her eyes to the value she has. Molly exams her life and finally finds who she truly is and what she wants. Once she returns to London Sherlock is not prepared for the new Molly, but Mycroft embraces it. Which man will she give her heart to? I do not own the characters of BBC's Sherlock. Mycroft had always warned Sherlock that feelings can get in the way, especially when it comes to his chosen line of work. Typically, this would be the one thing the two brothers could agree on, however, when you reappear on his doorstep after years of no contact, informing Sherlock that your life's in danger, he's left struggling with both his feelings and what happened in your shared past. How can he possibly pretend such strong emotions have never existed when they still remain?

Sherlock thinks dating should be simple enough, Molly proves him wrong. Written for Nocturnias' challenge: "Sherlock decides he wants to try a girlfriend. Molly is the logical choice. But she rejects him. He has to win her." Drama, angst, some farce at times. Warning - Sherlock Is A Bit Not Good, things go very wrong, but after that character growth.
