However, the aftermath of a final battle for his world leaves him stranded on Mobius-Prime. Sonic, Y/N, and Tails head back to Freedom Fighters HQ to reunite with their friends, especially Sally who's Sonic's girlfriend. They were having a good time when something bad is happening. Very bad. They have to defend their world and future and stop those that attempt to rule over the world. They even travel through dimensions that have different timeline with different version of themselves that look exactly like them. What adventure will bring them? What future holds for them? There are other more villains that are much more dangerous than Eggman and Meterax. There are also other people out there that are interested in Y/N.

After living on Earth for some time, Sonic and his friends finally return to Mobius. 6 months pass and life stays peaceful until a girl crashes into Mobius. The girl's name is Cosmo and she tells our heroes about the evil Metarex. With the Metarex stealing plant eggs, the team flies in space to battle these new foes. Will our heroes stop the Metarex before it's too late?
