What if, when Bakugo and Midoriya are older and hero's, one of them doesn't make it back from their mission as they thought they would. Bakugo and Midoriya had went out to help a couple other pro hero's. You may know them as Denki Kaminari (Charge Bolt) and Kirishima Eijiro (Red Riot). They were up against a villain who constantly enhanced his quirk the longer it took them to take him down but it wasn't as easy as it sounded. Besides this villain, there were others. Civilians he'd turned mad and forced them to use their quirks on the four boys. They couldn't hurt to civilians. They're innocent. But the villain, Madane, wasn't letting up and Dynamite was running out of stamina. An unknown blast was mere inches away from shooting Dynamite and, the number one pro hero, Deku, had jumped and pushed him out of the way just in time. Instead of it hitting Bakugo, it hit Midoriya. Right in the heart.. Will Deku fall from his number 1 throne, or will someone help him just in time?... And if he survives how will this villain be defeated? It all would crumble, and maybe fall into place. But maybe...it would fall into disparity. A Bakudeku Story. {Warning, there's mentions of types of mental illnesses and even seizures. Summary; At the age of 23 the heroes Deku and Dynamight are on a mission together when feelings come out, messy and sloppy, terrible confessions later hurt and angry they turn away because of their inability to communicate with each other. It goes so far that Deku can not even bring himself to call him Kacchan any more, now calling him Bakugo much to the confusion and concern of their friends and coworkers. Everything changes though when as usual Deku doesn't think and moves, his need to save Kacchan, his Kacchan, driving any and all other thoughts from him, he dies in Bakugo's arms. Hours passed but Bakugo can't move from that spot, on his knees he just holds Deku's limp, lifeless body in his arms. Deku's last words repeating themselves over and over in his head. Tear tracks could be seen by anyone who dared to look at the broken hero in his grief. Suddenly time seems to stop, when he looks up he sees rain floating as if frozen in time, a woman shrouded in a green hood stands in front of him, most of her face covered by her hood, he could only see her mouth and chin. "Do we have a deal, Hero?" She asked her voice closer to bells than that of a woman's. "I have a condition, I can't ever see him die again. Give me his injury and let him live," Bakugo's words hung in the air and a clap of thunder rang in air when before there was none, there was now a flash of lightning above them, also frozen in place. "Deal."

"Who's that quiet guy?" The girl asked her classmate. "Oh him? I heard that he kills anyone that talks to him!" She nervously glanced at him from across the room. "He's already killed that one quirkless kid." The first girl shuddered. "We better stay away from him then!" She turned to her other friend, asking, "What do you think of him?" With a scared expression, she replied, "I heard that he's secretly a villain!" The girls gasped. "Really?" They asked simultaneously. They glanced back at him to find that he was gone. Turning back around, he was stalking out of the classroom. Passing by their desks, he slammed a fist down on one of them. "Shut up, you extras!" He shouted, making the girls shriek. The bell rang as he stomped out the door. Letting out sighs of relief that he was gone, the first girl said, "Yeah, he's definitely a villain." (This isn't a comfort fic.
