"Curse you, Dad."

After Harry basically murdered a man who had Voldemort on the back of his head, I thought this year couldn't be any crazier. Well, Petrified students and the Heir of Slytherin proved me wrong.
After an ordinary Halloween night went terribly wrong, I knew this year wasn't going to be normal. Rumors about the Chamber of Secrets and theories about who was the Heir of Slytherin started to arise, but it seemed that most people were suspecting my best friend, Harry Potter - which meant we only had so long to prove it wasn't him before the school closed down.
Illegal potion brewing, a suspicious diary, and spiders hiding a giant secret - you bet this year was insane.

[BOOK 2] ____________________ "Whatsss that you've got there?" "Who's there?" "Up here, human." "Y-you're a snake!" "A grasss snake. Well obssserved. And you, are a human." _______________________ During the summer away from Hogwarts, Aludra makes an exciting discovery; she can talk to and understand snakes. While her parents make speculations and theories as to how this is possible, they fail to notice that Aludra is going through the physical, emotional and mental changes necessary in becoming a teenage girl. At school, she suddenly finds herself in a whirlpool of confusion, embarrassment and shame like she's never felt before. All of her deepest, darkest secrets and fears are rising to surface, and just as Aludra feels like she's going to have a break down, she remembers the black, leather diary she saw her father slip into Ginny Weasley's cauldron in August. She decides to confide in it, and soon discovers that it is inhabited by the memory of a boy named Tom Riddle. Tom is kind and patient. He listens to all her problems and offers helpful advice. He tells her that she's smart, funny and beautiful - in that exact order, too. Soon, Aludra begins to depend on Tom like a drug. Little does she know, Tom has already been using her as a life source.
