After a strange metahuman puts her on his earth, Barry must help Kara find a way back to her home. Kara is anxious to get back to Alex, to get back to the one love in her life, Mon-El. Mon-el has left Kara over and over again and she doesn't know how much more she can take it. First he left Earth, then he left for the future again, and there was even a time where he died.
