-Blake-
Rose stands not too far in front of the ring looking at me, her face is pale and my gut twists in ways it never has.

She shouldn't be here, why the hell is she here?

My hands drop to my side, the victorious feeling once flowing through me is replaced with one of dread.

She saw me fighting.

-------

-Rose-
"Alright. Time for you to go." He says. I feel the pull on my arm as he tries to take me away but my feet feel like they are glued to the ground as I continue to look at Blake.

He has a little smirk on his face as he looks over the crowd. A look so completely different than any of the ones I saw the other day.

Then our eyes meet, and his smirk drops.

He drops his hands that were just held high in victory and looks at me like he's seeing a ghost.

The guard pulls harder on my arm and I go flying back into his chest. "Listen here, I don't want to manhandle you, so do as I fucking say. Move." He growls as he pushes me into the crowd of celebrating people.

I do what he says and start walking towards the exit, but I look over my shoulder one last time before I'm too far in the crowd to see anything.

Blake's hands are fisted by his side and his face is red with anger, his eyes are focused on the hands that are on me pushing me away from him.

A/N - There are many spelling and grammar mistakes - I apologise, also this was written when I was a teen so this story is so beyond reality. Thanks. Rose Quinten is the daughter of an ex-Navy seal turned security for the rich and famous. After a tragic life in England they up and move to sunny California where she meets the bad boy at a party when a guy tried to force himself on her he saves her, keeping her safe in a room they play games all night then things get heated. Rose unknowingly meets the family of the guy she slept with. Rose is in for one hell of an adventure and also gets more than she bargained for in the end. Comments - "I have to say this is a sweet romance that brings the wonders of being a new mom (dad) in to it, Its a romance that id read again (I've already read it a couple of times XD) I love how she (rose) is not like everyone else I've read. Its refreshing, I mean she's strong, hard-headed (at times) And witty. Its funny reading about how she boss's everyone around (in a good way of course) the Adventures. The tell of a girl turning in to the women she is to day. Its breath taking, I'm gonna stop now before I say to much, But its a good book that can make you laugh just as fast as it can make you cry.... Ok for real I'm stopping (lol) But its a wonderful read" - arrow1616 #5 in Teen Fiction out of 243k Stories - 03 Oct 2020 #3 in Teen Fiction out of 254k Stories - 25 Apr 2022 ? "I already killed your mother, Cam." As the words left my enemy's mouth like a mocking sneer, I growled under my breath at the mention of my old name. Memories started to boil up that I had been wanting to squash deep into my heart. Bad memories. "As you can guess, I'm here to finish the job." He continued with that ever-present sinister smirk on his face. And in that moment, a sudden burst of confidence just appeared within me. Or blatant stupidity. 'I'll take either one.' I silently admitted to myself. I rolled my eyes at his so-called 'threat', not really intimidated in the least. "Yeah, like that went so well the first time. The first time, you fucked up enough to get caught by the police." I pointed out. "The second time, your grown-ass men got their asses handed to them by two teenagers." I snorted at him. "Your odds aren't looking too good here, Berti." ~?~ Losing her father? Lovely. Getting in a car accident with her aunt, uncle, and cousin and being the sole survivor? Fantastic. Losing her mother because a deranged psychopath holds a grudge even better than The Grinch? Amazing. Being ostracized from her own family save from her paternal grandparents, and getting the blame for her mother's death? Cherry on top of the cake. Having to make sure three idiotic twats don't get themselves killed because they couldn't mind their own bloody business? Bloody hell, that's an entire ice cream cake with ten pounds of gummy bears. ~?~ Join Grace Stanton as she faces her demons and the demons of her past all while trying not to commit murder against her three new friends. Book #3 in The Fire series BLAKE RIVERA "You're the leader of a gang." Aiden yells. I look up at him. "You don't think I know that?" I yell back. "I am doing everything I can to protect my people!" "Your people are being murdered. You're in a war you don't even know is happening." "I know what's going on out there. I know what's happening." "Then why aren't you doing anything to stop it?" I slam my hands on the desk and stand up. "I am doing everything I can!" I yell anger laced in my voice as it flowed through my veins. Suddenly the lights went out; a flashing red light comes on as alarms sound. "You need to do more." Aiden says. "Otherwise this. It's never going to stop." "They're attacking." I realize. "They're always attacking. And they're not going to stop until we're dead." "Or surrender." I mumble and Aidens head snaps up to look at me. "You won't. You can't." "No, what I can't do is kill Felix." "The man you loved isn't there anymore. Can't you see that? He's gone. A monster wears his skin. What's it going to take before you realize that?" I shake my head. "Evacuate. Make sure everyone gets out of here. No one dies today." "Well, someone should. And we both know who it needs to be." Aiden says before he leaves the room. I know Aiden is right, but I can't kill Felix, even if he keeps trying to kill me. I shake my head and sit back down. Just because everyone else was leaving didn't mean I had to also. Maybe I can talk some sense into him. I sigh. I've tried to already, but maybe this time it will be different. Maybe I should tell him the truth. Maybe I should tell him Nadia is his daughter. The door to my planning room is thrown open but I stay seated. I look up as men flood into the room, soon followed by Felix. His emotionless eyes find mine and he cocks his gun. "You should have run with the others."

CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. ~Cover by me~ WARNING: I created this book years ago so it is a bit um cringy I am working on a new version of it called "Midnight Rose" if you'd be interested in that. "What are you wearing?" He said jaw tightened... "Gym cloths as we're in gym"... first, he and his friends are hiding out in a freaking alleyway which was shady as heck second, he tries to order me to sit by him third, he hugs me without my permission fourth, he smells me like a freaking creep which he definitely is fifth, he growls which isn't normal sixth, He touched me without my permission yet again almost breaks my wrist definitely bruising it and now he has the nerve to question what I'm wearing and get mad over my answer awe heck no... I exited the locker room I saw the beast was there right outside the door and there were several girls behind him giggling and gawking at him, although he is hot I will admit that much... I think I'm falling for Ian. I can't let Bell know... "Well then.." his voice lowered "Evan Pierce I have every intention to win your heart and re-name you Evan Walker"... His smirk grew then fell. Slowly he leaned in closer and closer until I could feel his warm, minty breath on my face... "Evan" Ian started "I am going to kiss you" his words coming out with determination. Before I could stop him or even react I felt his soft, warm lips touch mine lightly. His scent becoming more dominate. His warmth surrounding my body. Millions of tiny sparks running through my body. I'm not sure what came over me... Maybe I just wanted to revel in this new emotion... Maybe I've lost my my mind... But instead of pushing him away I closed my eyes welcoming him...

"Stop that." I jumped slightly as my eyes shot over to the familiar hulking form standing in the doorway of my bathroom. I always forget how tall Derek is until I'm standing right next to him. Or in this case in front of him. "Stop what?" my brows furrowed as I watched his reflection fully enter the room until he stood right behind me. His large hands rested on either side of me on the counter, trapping me between his arms. His chin hovered over my left shoulder as his forest eyes scanned my face in the mirror, his lips forming a small barely noticeable frown. But I noticed it. "Stop judging yourself." was his simple reply, but I know that something like that is easier said than done. "you're beautiful, red..." he leaned in further and I could feel his hard chest pressed against my back, making my insides do somersaults. "if you knew what I've done... the people I've hurt... you wouldn't think I was beautiful either..." ...... Alice Books has blood on her hands and doesn't believe she deserves a shot at redemption. A shot at love. Or a shot at life in general. What she did to have blood on her hands was out of self-defense and survival, but she doesn't see it that way and doubts she ever will... Until she meets the bad boy, Derek Wilder, who- underneath all the glares, tattoos, piercings, and leather jackets- is an absolute goofball. He sees Alice for all she's worth: Strong, beautiful, and not the cold-blooded murderer she likes to claim she is. He's determined to prove it to her no matter how long it takes- all the while fighting demons of his own. Will Alice continue to think she's the monster the voice in her head claims her to be? Or will Derek's demons ruin everything for everyone? ............... I will be uploading every MONDAY! ??trigger warning?? This story does contain ABUSE! so if that is something that you are not comfortable reading, I ask that you DO NOT READ! you have been warned...

Meet Isabel. She gets along with most people, not super popular but she's not a wallflower either. Isabel doesn't need anyone else in her life not to protect her and certainly not Derek and his crew. She lives with her brother and father . They share a secret that could land them in jail. She can fight almost anyone and win, this girl kicks a$$. Yet Isabel has a past that features in her nightmares, making her afraid to sleep alone. --- "Hey?" I heard but didn't reply. "Hey!" I still didn't reply. A hand grabbed my arm and I twisted out of it on instinct. There was a glimmer of surprise in his eyes as I faced the last of the Five in the now almost empty hallway. Derek. Almost as tall as Mac. Black hair like the twins with ice cold blueish grey eyes. Same fighters build, six pack and all but not as soft as Mac or as feminine as the twins beauty. He was more rugged. I did understand the appeal of these boys but there were a lot of good looking guys on the swim team too and I did go with Jarred when he had fights. "You know we wouldn't let anyone hurt you right? Even if Jarred isn't around, we'll be here to protect you." I blinked. I blinked again. Nope, he was still standing there with the same serious expression. Derek, the unofficial leader of the Five, the boy every guy would want to be friends with and every girl would love to sleep with, was offering me his protection. I did the only thing that made sense in that situation. I burst out laughing. I was laughing so hard that I doubled over and when I glanced up at him I just cracked up again. He stood through it all without any emotion on his face, there was barely a glimmer of anger in his eyes. If anything I might have seen some surprise. I patted him on the arm and winked. "You. Are. Funny! I don't need you idiots to look out for me. But thanks for the thought." With that I quickly made my way to class.

Book 1 He was cast to the edges of his clan. His father could not stand to even look at him. His baby sister probably didn't even know he was her brother... All because he, unlike all other vampire (The correct terminology will be Wanpyrkos; van-peer-coe-s) kind, was born blind. And what do all creatures do to those that are different, those that do not fit society, those that they think should not have been born to this civilized society...? [Book Cover Made by the wonderful THEMIDNIGHTECLIPSE13] - thank you! I'm only introducing the perspective of the main character for the first part. Things change drastically soon after that. [BDSM entries are clearly marked and written so they can be skipped without affecting the story] ***A couple scenes to whet your palate*** 1. "Uh, we heal from pretty much everything and anything. Have you ever tried physically damaging your eyes to see if they would fully heal?" "N-no. No, it doesn't work," I forced out, my voice a little strangled and cracking before hardening. "And stuff like that, isn't that just wrong?! Hurting someone just to 'fix' them." 2. I leaned and he met me, our soft lips touching and moving perfectly on each other's. I felt as his tongue ran the slit of my lips, my tongue coming to graze it as it passed over, knowing doing so was like catnip to him. He leaned closer, and I shivered as his hands ran from low on my hips and grazed along and up my ribs, pulling my chest closer to his so my body arched and rubbed against him. I hummed in appreciation. [warning: so far aggressive or physical bullying and maybe a little kidnappage and sexual themes as well as possible trigger warnings]

Alexa Grey. Brandon Flemming. Sebastian O'Connor. Girl. Boxer. Fighter. --- excerpt --- A boy around my age was getting mercilessly beaten by someone with their back to me. I recoiled in horror at the sight of blood everywhere and the cracking of his ribs as punch after punch knocked through him. The boy must have noticed that I was there as he lifted his head, looking at me with a desperate plea for help. Then his attacker turned around and my eyes nervously met Sebastian's. Within milliseconds, anger overtook me and I stormed over. "Leave." Sebastian growled, barely even glancing at me as he pushed me straight into a brick wall. "Stop hitting him," I gasped, trying to get my breath back as I moved away from the wall. "Get out of here." There was nothing but stone cold harshness in Sebastian's voice as he ordered me once again to leave. "No." My breath had been regained and I was standing taller now, my confidence for some reason soaring. "I said," He spat out the words, turning away from the boy and towards me, "to get out of here." "Make me." I didn't even blink as I locked eyes with him, daring him to lay another finger on me. "Fine." Sebastian slammed me back against the wall, grabbing my bandaged wrist and twisting it. There was nothing I could do to hold back the small scream that escaped my lips as he applied more and more pressure. Yet I made no attempt to move away. "Don't touch him." I managed to say, desperately trying to keep my voice as smooth as possible. "I don't have to listen to you," He scoffed. "You don't. But you should." "Oh, and why should I?" Sebastian had visibly calmed down now, it was obvious. Even the tight grip on my wrist had loosened completely. "Because you're better than that." I replied softly, moving myself away from the wall and glancing down at the semi-conscious boy. "You over-estimate me then." With that, Sebastian dropped back and walked off without a single look behind him.
