Years had passed, and ever since he had moved overseas, Kokichi had made some new friends: Maki and Himiko. Their first high school year only started for them, but the murderous group that was once in America named 'The Despairs' had travelled to Japan, and was followed them was none other than the young detectives Shuichi with his non-biological sibling Tsumugi. They both enrolled in the same high school as Kokichi and his friends and things happened. Now how will this go as Shuichi and Kokichi solve things out while Shuichi's on the road to getting the Despairs to justice? This franchise completely took over my life in 2021 and so I went a tad over board with the OC creation. There's just so much you can do with how off the rails this franchise is. Theres 4 OCs in each main game and 1 or 2 in the animes and Ultra Despair Girls. I fit them into the existing story as best I could since I didn't want to structure my own fanga. I hope I did it justice. Side note: I know the games say someone has to already be attending high school to get accepted into Hopes Peak but I kinda ignored that requirement, it is fanfiction and that rule never really plays a part in the main stories so I dropped it.
