It's been eight years since Aurora 'Rory' Williams last saw Cage Trevor. They had one life-changing night together then went their separate ways. Well more like when she woke up the next day he was gone. Does she regret it though? No, it brought her identical twin boys, Kohl and Knox that she adores. The last few years have been tough but she managed to overcome all the struggles of being a single mom. She has her own house and her bakery that does well. She doesn't need Cage in her life and her boys seem to be doing just fine without a father. What happens when out of the blue Cage shows up at her bakery? She smashes a cupcake in his face and then runs of course!

COMPLETE !! "What would you do if I die?" "Die." "Oh you would die?" I mumble and he nods giving me a small smile. "What would you do if I die?" He repeats my question. "Live." He frowns and I internally evil laugh at myself. That was a good one. ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* Adelia Collins was a talkative girl always in the mood for friends and Zeke Miller just happened to be there at the right time. Her bubbly personality, weird obsession with marvel, and stupid jokes enlightening his mood and fitting perfectly with his uncommunicative behaviour. No one would've expected it, but they understood each in a perfect, unusual way. She was funny and kind to everyone. He was rude and dull to everyone. Well, everyone except her. ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* HIGHEST RANKS- #1 in goodgirl #1 in innocent #1 in cold #1 in heartfelt #1 in sweetheart #1 in attraction #2 in opposites #2 in cliche #4 in humour ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* Adelia Collins wanted someone to match marvel sweatshirts with, but she didn't expect to come across a wealthy family who did dangerous things for living. Zeke Miller wanted a quiet day to observe, not meaning to contain a conversation with a weird girl at a cafe. But why did he come back? Why did he make her a friend? ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* "Darling?" "Yes?" "Do you love me?" "Always. Why?" After fleeing from her scumbag ex and quitting college over three years ago Joanie Collins has now rebuilt her life running a little bakery back in her hometown. Happy to be alone rather than being hurt again, Joanie has built up high ice walls to protect her fragile heart and has sworn off all men. That is until troubled playboy millionaire Caleb Maverick returns home after being abroad for two years and they're forced to work together. Can Caleb melt this Ice queens heart and find peace for himself? ----------- "And what about me? Was it just a crush you had on me?" he says in a raspy hushed voice that makes me take a big gulp. I lean forward so I'm now closer also to Caleb and look him straight in the eyes. If we're going to be honest... then let's do this. "Your Caleb Maverick, everyone had a crush on you. The fact you were so oblivious to all the attention you got just added to your boyish charm. The girls at our school wanted one night with Ethan but they all wanted to settle down and marry you." I say honestly and Caleb actually looks surprised. He sits back in his chair looking genuinely puzzled, "That's not...that's not how I remember high school." He mutters before his eyes fix back onto me. "I remember being second best to Ethan for everything. Sports, grades, girls, Mia...you." he grits. ---------------------- The Sequel to 'More than just Neighbours'. I'd recommend reading that book first for these characters backstory x

[Rewritten version of The Perfect Night] Cage Trevor hides behind his golden boy mask, fooling everybody that he has it all. For so long he told everyone, and himself, lies that he's okay. That the poison he has inhaled daily over the years from his mother isn't slowly killing him. He doesn't let anyone get truly close-friends or girls-terrified he'll destroy them with that very poison. The girls who he had rejected in the past saw him as this challenge; they wanted to be the one to claim the golden boy. Even though he carefully kept his heart locked away, keeping everyone at a safe distance, there was one girl who unintentionally caged it. He has been secretly in love with Aurora Williams for years, and never in his life did he think she would be his. And even if she wasn't... She'll always be the only one he wants to cage his heart.
