High school is over, the guys have all went their separate ways, but still keep in contact with each other. Noah and Addison are making it work long distance, but Addi has a secret. She's redshirted for a reason very few know.

A new guy saunters in and once agreeing on just friends, he still can't help but flirt here and there.

More guy drama, football, and one big decision, all under the Saturday night stadium lights.

(Constantly editing and tweaking things here and there. Nothing too major though. Also this was written by 12/13 year old me and my best friend Dylan, so yeah, I apologize for all mistakes. I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote this story but here it is.)

"'Bye.' I say after Edwin's kiss. He gives me a small smile that honestly looks more like a grimace. It makes me a little uncomfortable having him kiss me in the library. Edwin walks away, and someone standing in the corner of my vision makes me turn in my seat. A tall, muscular man is standing there, his arms crossed, staring at me. He's got dark brown hair, perfect eyebrows, and soft brown eyes. Honestly, he's gorgeous. And since I've read, and edited, about five articles about him, I recognize him immediately. Dane Sawyer. He's the best pitcher on our baseball team. He's hoping to go pro, although I'm not totally sure what the process is surrounding that, since I don't retain much of the information from the articles that I read about him. I know that he's also a junior, and that his girlfriend is hot as fuck. I've seen them together on campus. They're hard to miss because they are easily one of the most attractive couples that I've ever seen. I'm convinced that I must be hallucinating, because he makes eye contact and walks towards me. 'That was awkward.'" ~~~ Junior year is starting off chaotic for Mackenzie Brooks as she steps into her role as the editor-in-chief of the college's newspaper. She's smart, focused on school, the paper, and her TA responsibilities. Junior year should be starting off easy for Dane Sawyer. He's the star pitcher of the baseball team; attractive, athletic, desirable, with a hot girlfriend. Unfortunately, he's also failing computer science which is the one thing he sees that is in the way of his pro career. Different in more ways that one, when the two run into each other in the library, it's an immediate disaster. But when Dane convinces Mackenzie to be his tutor, both of their lives begin to change.

"We fake date each other for two or three weeks then we have a public breakup." I think he's hit his head one too many times playing football. "Really that's all you could come up with?" He just rolls his eyes. "It's perfect! Stacy will move on because she can't have me." Katie Fleming is your average shy girl and sarcasm is her main language. She has one best friend, well two if you count her best friend's boyfriend. Katie thought her senior year was going to be easy, stay single, aggravate her best friends boyfriend, and try her best to get straight A's in all her classes. Well, that was till her school's star quarterback almost hits her with his car. Wyatt M. Kent is Clearwaters' star quarterback and the most popular boy in school. Ever since he almost hit Katie with his car, he can't stop noticing her. So, to stop the head cheerleader (who absolutely despises Katie,) from constantly flirting with him he proposes the idea of them fake dating. But little did he know getting her to agree might come with a high price. What happens when you can't tell if you're fooling each other, or if the feelings are real? In which I fall in love with my brother's best friend. "Don't pretend like you don't feel anything." His voice is low, sending shivers down my spine. "What do you mean?" "You know damn well what I mean." "I don't know what you're talking about." I pretend to ignore him, flipping some pages in my book. "Come on. I have all these assignments waiting. Aren't you supposed to teach me tonight?" "It depends on what you want me to teach." He smirks, his voice sounding even more dangerous. I thought that my brother was the most popular guy in school, but as soon as I step into my university life, I realize how wrong I was. Meet Vaughn Cooper, his best friend. The guy is the epitome of every girl's dream. Godlike handsome. The quarterback. He's got the looks, and he's got the brain. Come on, he's got the scholarship to one of the most prestigious universities in the country, while I have just barely passed the entrance examination after long years of struggle during high school. How could a guy who worked that hard and deserves nothing more but adoration be labeled as a bad boy? Yeah, the answer is simple. The moment we lock eyes, I realize something as I stare into those piercing, amber eyes. He's not every girl's dream. He's every girl's nightmare. In my case, MY nightmare. Calm down, heart.
