It's been almost a year since they got to the safe haven, but Thomas can't heal. He reads Newt's letter everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening. He can't help but wonder what he could have done differently. But one morning, Thomas and the others are startled to find a small surprise waiting for them on the beach. A surprise that'll push them to go back to the world they so longed to escape from.

Battling depression, Newt tries to ignore his feelings towards Thomas, which he is finding too difficult to handle. Conflicting with anxiety and insomnia, Thomas dates Teresa to hide his feelings from Newt. With both of them facing their problems daily, will they be able to admit their feeling for each other, or will they end up ruining their friendship forever? ♕Mentions of mental illness. ♕TW warning at the start of each chapter if they are needed. Minho and Thomas are the best of friends, and they live conveniently close to each other. They hang out with a small circle of friends, which has always been the case. However, recently, Minho has been subtly mentioning a friend of his from Bristol, England named Newt. According to the idea, he was supposed to come in a few months as an exchange student and stay in Minho's house for the entire duration. Thomas was fine with it, as he was a considerably friendly person and trusted that two months would be easy to manage. What could possibly go wrong?
