The year this story takes place in is 2022. In an AU where the Fall of Beacon never happened and the students were able to continue their time normally at Beacon and Summer wasn't dead, Team RWBY is kicked out of Beacon in their third year. After a bit of a ghost encounter and a small increase in ghost sightings across Vale, they decide to do what others won't. Fight the ghosts with tech from Atlas. They form the Ghostbusters and during their time as Ghostbusters, they start to uncover a plot from the once seen as only a myth Salem to destroy the world. So, when the queen of Grimm threatens to destroy the world and all other lines of defense won't do anything especially with Easter on the way, who ya gonna call? Always living on the streets and willing to do anything to survive, Y/N roamed the streets of Mistral, robbing from the rich in order to provide a way of supporting the orphanage he was left at. He didn't know who his parents were. The only thing he knew was that his father left him at a young age and his mother had left him a pendant before she died. On the run from Mistral, he finds himself in Vale, trying to steal from the Headmaster of Beacon Academy himself. [PART 1 IS COMPLETE! PART 2 HAS BEEN CANCELLED!] As a child, y/n always heard voices. And rarely, he swears he saw someone. He was abused by his father and siblings. Sometimes his uncles and cousins did as well but for unknown reasons. He never got help from his mother or aunts as they went missing years ago. He never understood why he was mistreated. When he went to Beacon, he thought that it was all over. But as he had terrible luck as usual, he was wrong. He was bullied by most of the students including team CRDL since he was the weakest student in the whole school. His siblings were there was well, making his situation even worse. He thought out help from the teachers, but they wouldn't help at all, they would usually either telling him to get stronger or go home. One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Where other men are limited by morality or law, Remember, everything is permitted. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins." Key factors about this story: 1. Each sequence is the main story. 2. Lost sequences are stuff that either happened before or things that I forgot to add at some point, so they're cannon and probably are important to the story. Lost sequences can be about anyone in the story. I don't own rwby or Assassin's Creed. Rwby belongs to Rooster Teeth and Assassin's Creed belongs to Ubisoft. Beacon has fallen, Ozpin is gone, and the rest of the world is perplexed on what happened to Beacon, Ruby, Janue, Nora, and Ren have set off to find out what other nefarious plans Cinder is concocting next, as their only lead requires them to head Haven Academy in Mistral, meanwhile the rest of team RWBY are still either recovering and/or are stuck pondering if they should continue the path they've chosen or abandon it all together, and while they are doing that, our hero, (Y/n) Valkyrie, now broken and struggling to move forward, is out trying to find someway to get himself back in the game while also trying cope with all the loss, can our hero make his comeback or will he have to endure more pain to come?
