After a fierce battle, he claimed my kingdom-and my fate. I am bound by duty to my people, but it is a duty that demands the greatest sacrifice. To save my kingdom, I must marry the man who conquered it. One bound by the crown, the other by my heart. When the king of Suryagarh attacked our kingdom, he did not just conquer our lands-he shattered countless lives. And it ends with: "You promised to stay with me during this time. I am still waiting for you. Please... do not let me down." This is a story of a time when women were nothing but objects to be used and discarded, tied down to the bed by the chains of society and sweet taste. But the queen made sure none of them were deprived of their rights. Her legacy was one of hope, as she become the first queen to free courtesans from the shackles of slavery, granting them the freedom they deserve. She married the powerful king of Hind to save her kingdom, but in doing so, she never expected he would become the very reason to turn her life upside down. Mature content included!

This is a spin off of The Prince's Choice and Hunted Queen. I recommend reading those two before this one to get the best experience possible!

This is where I will be putting all my loose, single-part stories from here on out. The ones I have previously published before this will stay as they are- but I've been mulling this idea for a little while. I've seen numerous one-shot compilation books around ��������, so I thought I would give it a whirl as a sort of writing practice. Requests are welcome- and they do not have to necessarily be about Queen, or even classic rock. Whatever you have in mind, toss it my way, I'll see what I can do. ;)
