Y/n is a part of the squad with N, V, and J and considered the newer member of the squad, but still a welcomed one. Y/n is considered the more chill and "lazy" member of the squad and prefers to go star gazing, have casual conversations with his coworker, and all in all, just lay around doing nothing, but the worker drones would think otherwise as they see how ruthless he is when he is on the hunt. But what happens when a certain angsty worker drone decides to leave her colony to try out her new weapon?

When the war finally ended, Kivera was expecting balloons and confetti, but instead, her whole world fell apart. OR Kiv is separated from her Jedi family after Order 66, and is saved by the Bad Batch. She must then learn what it is to not be a soldier, while navigating a new life with the Batch, especially Hunter. During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech. When she was asked to join the Bad Batch she though little to nothing about it. I mean she was a doctor after all and her job was to make sure the clones where safe and healthy.
