Here lie my thoughts in this book, why don't you stop and take a look. While you read the secrets written there, try to ignore the silent screams no one ever seems to hear. Reading this will take some time, but you might recover my heart, lost long ago, that was once mine.

Emma's life was never perfect. She never had the nice house, white picket fence and a beautiful labrador puppy. She never wanted any of that anyway. All she ever wanted was loving parents for her and her sister. She's come to terms with the fact that it's never going to happen. Mike had it even worse. But for him it's in the past and all he wants to do is move on and forget. But it's not as easy as it sounds. Then one day there paths cross in the most unlikley of situations...

Life is as intense as you want it to be. People in it will bring either tremendous joy or an unbearable pain. She could heal in revenge, hell being her home. But healing through words is the only way of keeping her sanity. Covering the shades of black and white with a thin gray line has never helped anyone before, but painting all those hurtful moments in colors had made the world a better place to live in: resentments under a rug of a smile. Just like a [kodachrome], colorful and vivid in an era filled with sadness. Poetry, short stories, and thoughts. *Mostly fictional with some bases on past, real situations. Everyone has secrets. We treasure them, we keep them, we treat them like our nearest and dearest - our prize possesions. It's what you do when they come out that counts. And it's how you try to stop that from EVER happening. Especially when they're life-changing.

"I admit that I don't deserve you, but you know how greedy I am for you, I am selfish for you. Cause I never wanted to give up on you. I almost lost myself in you." "I love you! I love you more than anything! But.. if loving you is so wrong and, if you don't feel good.. then I'll stop being selfish." "Sorry for demanding you to stay longer. You knew it was wrong, and I made it more difficult. I loved you, but.. I was being selfish..." The rain had started to leave. He hugged her more tightly feeling nervous about what he was about to say next. "If we divorce now.. will I stop being a burden?" She didn't say anything but took off her ring and gave it on his hand. He nodded and pulled out the documents but she didn't let it go. "Don't even bother hesitating. I promise, your life will get easier." She nodded. He took them and signed. "You are finally free...!!" • • She has suffered enough. It still hurts but hide it inside. He wants her to be free for once. But he doesn't want to let her go. • • Read 'Memories With Rain' to know the end of the story.
