His wife, Cynder, was with her team, Hex and Roller Brawl, protecting Skylands from evil. Nina, daughter of Spyro and Cynder, was having a good time but her dream began to haunt her. Her nightmare was about two elemental tribes fighting each other in a war. Her brother, Zoran, and the others think it is just a bad dream. But not long until her dream became real. A war is coming and one elemental tribe is coming and they are not "ice" to meet them. Now Spyro and his team must find a way to save their home and stop the invasion. But their time travel has caused something to change which causes the butterfly effect to change the future of their Skylanders' past. Now it's up to them to fix the future before they disappear and will no longer exist in a new timeline.

With the successful collecting the Life fragment, they finally know what Overtron was searching for and begin to find all the fragments in order to stop the Cyber-Empire. But Overtron began to set the Upgraders and Doom Raiders to find all the fragments in order to regain his power and control Skylands. And Spyro was trying to remember something in his dream and trying to stop it, preventing in Skylands. But will he be able to save his friends and save Skylands or find a new life with Cynder and his children and let the machines claim their home for the new age of Cyber-Empire. 14 Episodes

Skylands was now peaceful with no evil machines or darkness trying to take over the world. Spyro and his friends were introduced to the person who owns a festival on Halloween. But today on Halloween, the owner will be introducing them to the new animatronic that will make the festival more entertainment. And the new animatronic are the Upgraders. And Spyro's friends don't appreciate the owner of the festival for using the Upgraders as the animatronic. And so did Spyro because he's not very too well with Formeleon, Silther's Cyber-Dragon, after everything he did. But his childrens, Nina and Zoran, were excited their first time on Halloween and going to the festival but Spyro was worried that Formeleon might be alive just as when something went wrong and the owner was saying it was just a glitch. Was it a glitch or not? Or one of the animatronic came back alive and seeking revenge on the Skylanders. This is the Halloween Special, that will bring back the nightmare.
