Returning to the Orre Region, 5 years after the events in Pokémon Colosseum, Cipher's back. Back to once again to plan on ruling the world. This time they grew in numbers, got a new leader, new admins and a different tactic. Together with his mother, younger sister and his Eevee, Michael (14) lives a normal life at the Pokémon HQ lab. Playing around with the lab's staff and honing his battle skills. That is, until the professor gets abducted by a group of mysterious people. Getting introduced to Shadow Pokémon, Michael embarks on a journey to save the professor. Furthermore, it has now become Michael's job to put an end to Chiper's evil plans. It's been two years since Team Rocket was defeated for good, and months since Ash confessed his love to Serena. The young couple are now Research Fellows with their new friend, Goh, for Professor Cerise in Vermillion City. Unfortunately, the International Police can't do anything without proof, but then Coovers comes up with a plan to use Timothy's accomplishments as a trainer and his role in stopping Team Rocket to gain Chairman Rose's attention, earn his trust and ultimately lead Timothy to Eternatus, thus getting the proof they need to stop the chairman's dangerous plan. So, with their new companion, Gwen, Timothy, Coovers, and Electchu travel through the Galar region as Timothy competes in the Gym Challenge to impress Chairman Rose. But as the mission goes on, love is in the air. Coovers has developed a crush on Professor Magnolia's granddaughter, Sonia, who may have feelings for him as well. At the same time, Timothy finds himself stuck in a love triangle. One of Chairman Rose's most trusted minions, Ezria Markenel, has developed feelings for him after hearing of his deeds in defeating Team Rocket. At the same time, Gwen begins to adore Timothy, too. Ash takes this offer and trains his Pokemon for 2 years. Now he is ready to journey out again, this time to Kalos. What will he find in Kalos, will he finally be able to achieve his dreams? And will he find something or someone that he didn't know he was missing when he finds a certain honey blonde. Most of its 350,000 residents say they love it there, but jokes about the 'Mars madness' hide a sinister reality for those who disagree. Despite that, more people and Pokémon keep coming. Amongst the huge crew of Ares 24 are four scientists convinced they'll be the ones to terraform the planet and see Pokémon thriving in the wild: Callerya Mesquite Magnolia, Thalassa Hawthorn Harmonia, Joshua Pickett and Jin Oak. Nyx Harmonia is their security guard. Mercury Harmonia is their photographer. The latter two, however, have something else in mind: finding Nyx's great-grandfather Volo and Mercury's father Horace, who disappeared through an Ultra Wormhole 30 years ago. If Volo and Horace are on Mars, that means the people who kidnapped them also are. They may well have found fellow villains Team Genesis, who also disappeared in search of Mars many years ago... and then there are the members of the criminal syndicates Cipher and Team Plasma who somehow made it onto the ship.
