She doesn't know who to trust, including herself. Memory reimaging has scrambled her brain, making it difficult to decipher fact from fiction. To make matters worse, as a genetically modified human and the sole woman with the ability to procreate, Ever finds herself in a unique and terrifying position. The evil corporation, Environettix wants to exploit her, and she's not the only one they are after. The other Mods from Earth have been brought to the new planet, but not for the reasons they believe. Things are spiraling out of control. Environettix is getting desperate and desperation makes people do unimaginable things. As Ever navigates her way through a labyrinth of lies, she discovers one truth to be absolute: They shouldn't be here. This planet does not belong to them, and things that don't belong, have a way of being...extinguished.

Seventeen year old Cadence Buds is a normal teenager in a dying world. Well, the world isn't dying, but the sun is. It has been dying for several years now, but the effects are finally starting to come about. The sun has even been changing color. The government has been working on a plan to save a portion of the human population for quite some time. There are so many problems with the sun dying. The oceans will evaporate from the inevitable explosion, everything will be dark and nothing will be able to grow, the world will freeze over, everything will be destroyed. The sun is also giving off toxic radiation while it dies, making the world especially dangerous. The government's solution to this problem is to build a radiation proof dome over a large area. There will be synthetic heat, light, and seasons. The cost to enter such an oasis is very expensive. It is hundreds of thousands of dollars per ticket. However, there is another way to get in. Once the sun dies many will die with it. It might even vaporize part of the planet in its blast. No one knows for sure. But the world will need a larger population. You can earn your place in the dome if you agree to have a child to save the human race. This obviously only applies to women. Now remember Cadence? He is biologically female. He has been on testosterone for two years and is trying to transition in this world. Unfortunately that is horribly expensive where he lives. His family however is more focused on saving their lives from the dying sun. His parents had just enough money to afford his sister a ticket. She could not have children because she was barren. Cadence however could have children if he wished, but he didn't. Having a child meant undoing all of his hard work. He is told that in order to survive that he must have a child within the next two years. Two years is a long time, but he never wanted to have children. What will Cadence do once his two years have come to an end?

Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most.
