Y/n L/n is starting her first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She meets many new friends, but there are 4 people she would call her best friends. Those 4 people are James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. The 5 of them were known as the Marauders. Together, they would go through a journey of romance, comedy, sadness and happiness. James has been feeling confused. Does he really love Lily? Why does he feel like this? Will the dreams end? Will the stares last? James can only overcome these obstacles by going through them. Set in an alternate world. AKA no magic ~~~ Walburga and Regulus have lived in America for three years. First moved from London due to Walburga's job. After three years Walburga is told to go back to London but Regulus doesn't want to leave and proposes Sirius comes to care for him in America. Walburga agrees and Sirius comes to America where he reunites with his old friends James, Peter, Lily, and Marlene. He also meets Regulus's new friend Remus Lupin who was a friend of James' after Sirius left. The two click almost immediately and form a bond like no other. ~~~ Notes: Regulus is still in his last year of high school with Peter while the rest are in College. !TW! Regulus was feeling confused about his emotions and what side he wanted to be on due to the bidding war and dark headlines in the Daily Profit. Finding love was a major turn of events. Regulus discovered that he may not be the perfect Pureblood child his parents raised him to be. "Do you swear it?" Regulus looks deep into James' eyes, waiting for the faltering, but there is none. "I swear it," he says, gripping Regulus' arm tighter. There's a moment of silence, and then it is James who twists their arms, locking the charm in place. Not that either of them will remember it the following day, drunk as they are. -------- James and Regulus get really drunk and make an unbreakable vow. James swears that Regulus will be in love with him by the end of the year, and Regulus swears not to push him away and make him try. When they wake up the following day, they remember nothing of it. But everyone knows what happens if you don't go through with it, so they can do nothing but try to recall and respect their drunken promises or be met by sweet old death. As if this wasn't enough, their everyday problems seem to double by the minute. Between the vow and life as a student, It's about to be a hell of a year.
