In the small Island of Sicily, on the west coast of Italy; the rivalry of the mafia ruled over Sicily for many years since the 19th century, till present day.

The mafia has control over most of the banking and large tech companies in the country, as well as parts of government roles. This women is highly respected, and also feared. However her work is pulled into a confusion for Lauren Spencer, an undercover federal agent, cooperating with the Italian police force on the recent crimes in Sicily. However, her curiosity got the better of her  as she tracked too deep into the corners and streets of the city of Palermo.  Both their lives will forever change.
