After a doctors visit that revealed something strange going on in Luz's chest, her friends found the Titan's blood and a portal back is assembled. Luz, Amity, Hunter, Gus, and Willow all return to the Isles, finding it extremely changed from how it was when they left. And Luz soon finds something changed with her too.
