A hospital in the middle of nowhere where there is a limited amount of staff. Everyone thinks that this hospital doesn't have patients, and there is no appropriate amount of equipment to save one patient. little did they know that every day is a challenge with the number of patients that this hospital has. 

Especially on Fridays. It's the worst. 

When Doctor Choi Beomgyu gets transferred from the city hospital to the town hospital, he sees things that he never thought he would experience. He started to question his role as a doctor. especially after he met her
