Chase Arrows, among millions of minors were your average children inside the world government in the year 2234 a.d. They went to school, made friends, and had their dreams. That all changes when the representatives at the top develop M.O.N.O. (Multi-Optical Network Operator) and the Accelerator program. They soon abuse their absolute power and take all ten year old children across the world, cybernetically enhancing their bodies and taking away their minds to create an army far more powerful than anything else so that no one may oppose them. Four years later, a system hiccup causes the Accelerators to obtain what was lost worldwide, but only five managed to escape recapture.
