Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the number of sides to a story, the number of words to make up a description or even the number of thoughts needed to execute an idea? Have you ever had the fear of judgement, or been haunted by the thought of speaking your mind, yet still have the urge to sing at the top of your lungs? That's what writing feels like to me. I guess some things are just better left unsaid...

Not Just Words... is more than a collection of poetry...it's a raw, unfiltered journey through the landscapes of mental health, vulnerability, and resilience. Blending powerful verses with personal reflections, this book dives deep into the experiences of depression, anxiety, and the quiet battles we all fight within. For anyone who has ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or broken, these poems serve as a voice when words fail. They are a friend for the moments when life feels too heavy, and a source of hope for those searching for light in the darkness. Through every verse, I confront the shadows that have haunted me and, in doing so, invite you to reflect on your own struggles. ☁️ | wander through my thoughts. all my experiences, realizations, decisions, vibes...attempted to be placed into rhythmic tone as a summary of my life. I hope for this to become a place of comfort for anyone who needs it. Poetry is a beautiful way to put whatever's on one's mind into words, especially for someone like me who's not so great at expressing so upfront. I want this to a place where we can all find instances of clarity knowing we all think, feel, and experience the same, maybe not exactly the same but somewhat. Poetry is an art and I hope you all enjoy my displays. I will try to update daily. Thank you 😊

But, as life throws us a few curveballs and it always does, there are a few poems that are darker as I take you along with me through some trying times and a few brutal life experiences. But in the end, the sun shines down on the broken path I walked along to get here.
