Lockwood & Co. is off on another case when things take an unexpected turn and one of the agents is put in grave danger. The remaining two must use what little clues they can find to save their friend from what may be certain death. After weeks of torture and months in a hospital Lucy is finally home. However the heartache is not yet over for Lockwood & Co. as Lucy suffers through Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Nightmares and panic attacks, anxiety and fear now stalk Lucy. Lockwood and George are faced with difficult decisions when Lucy's PTSD begins to effect her personal health and her work as an agent.
