Life is good, until something seems- out of place. Maybe it's a change in the weather or thickness of the air. Or it could be the electronic buzzing noise keeping them awake at night. The gang is suspicious, but nothing peaks their interests until one of them comes home infected. It's only a matter of time until the infection spreads around the rest of their body. It's a race against the clock to help them survive. Because the friends can't part with their own. They're family. And losing another person amongst the world is too much to handle. But if adding in revengeful ex-friends, hot summers, babies AND more zombies to the mix is what it takes to finally make these kids give up, congratulations. You got your wish. Not everyone is as strong as they want to be. Will they make it or break it?

My best friend was most likely one. I ran from her. My parents were one. I shot them. This really cute guy was one, I nearly shot him before he came running and screaming at me like a stupid idiot. This really cute guy wasn't one. After witnessing her dead teacher come back to life, Leo decides to go on the run. Armed with a backpack full of essentials (does portable chargers count?) and her Dad's rifle, she learns to survive with the help of new friends. Zombie apocalypses can bring unlikely people together. But how close are they getting?

Two months remain until high school final examinations, and Astrid and her group of friends are putting in a lot of effort to get ready for this momentous occasion, the final struggle that will bring them into adulthood. However, the professors are unable to teach, the students are unable to learn, and the tests never come. Can the dead learn, after all?

Before you read I'd like you to know that half of the characters in this book are real people and I would like to thank all of them for letting me add them in. Rumors have been flying ever since a group of scientist in the Feet City who were capable on the unsuccessful attempt of the nuclear experimentation. Due to the corrupted experiment, unexpectedly it leads to a nuclear breakage which causes the ejection of harmful chemicals and results to genetic mutation. Somehow, the genetic mutation generated the abnormal DNA disorder of human beings and caused them to become a flesh eating people. But the thing is that people didn't believe and just ignored the whole conspiracy. They continued their works, daily routine and basis. And there goes a class of Grade 10 Gethsemane students went to school, not expecting a big nuclear explosion that ejected a nuclear smoke and covered the entire campus. After inhaling the smoke, they've lost their consciousness for about two weeks and woke up founding out that their fellow schoolmates were gone. The class of Grade 10 Gethsemane were the only people in the whole campus left alive which confused them so much. Eventually, they believe and concluded that apocalypse is really happening. So they stick together to plan something out from the most feared zombie apocalypse. Society is crumbling. Zombie apocalypse is happening. A seven year old girl trying to survive the zombie apocalypse in a fairly small city in rural New Mexico. This is the third in my short story series taken from the universe created for my first book. Ardamin: Clone #7. These short stories are more horror focused than the main book. But how can you tell the story of a zombie apocalypse without some horror? This story is unedited and first draft as keeping with my first two short stories posted to Instagram and therefore will not be polished or fixed with multiple drafts leading to an end product. This story was meant to be raw or just as it poured from my head. Spelling and punctuation errors are only to be expected, if the cause you some offence well... that's just the way this story was made. It is not meant to be refined but like living such a scenario would be, rough.

Finding themselves stranded in a zombie apocalypse, the eight friends realize they have very little chance of survival. They rush to quickly get out of town and to what they think might be safety. But little do they know that no where is safe. It seems like things only get worse at every turn. Everyone is physically and mentally exhausted and it's all they can do not to give up. Will they survive against the odds? Or will they join the apocalypse?

Taking place in New York, Manhattan these teens will give it everything they have to try to get to safety. But in this world there is no such thing as a safe place. Just safer places then the ones before. Unfortunately these students will learn that the hard way. Filled with action, survival, and of course romance these teens will learn to trust the right people and realize their breaking point before they give up fighting.
