Mira Brooks, known to HYDRA as Specimen 13, has been on the run for most of her life. For the past eight years, she has had a somewhat stable life as a SHIELD agent for Director Fury but all of that is turned upside down when she catches the eye of a certain God of Mischief. While what few friends she has, as well as the Avengers, are convinced that he is rotten to the core, Mira sees him for what he really is. A list soul. Can she turn him back to the road of redemption or will he drag her down with him? What will happen when HYDRA steps in with the intention of reclaiming their lost 'property'? Can Mira really trust Loki with her greatest secret or will he betray her like he has everyone else? Though he had only known her a few days, during the battle with Loki, he found that she had completely entranced him. Ana didn't know who she was before Clint had found her and saved her. When he had returned to Midgard, Earth a few years later, with a reformed Loki, he finds that she had been missing and presumed dead almost as long as he had been gone. When the Avengers hit a Hydra base, to get back the scepter, they come across a room, where someone is bound, from the ceiling. Rescuing the fraile figure, they return to the jet victorious, only to find their rescue, is none other than Ana. She was barely conscious, and from clear signs, she was not there willingly. Taking her back to the tower, they try to help her, only to find that she has no memory of them, and now holding her own power. Thor wants nothing more than to destroy every single person who had hurt her, his need to protect her burning within him. The only comfort she finds is in his brother and the metal armed soldier, needing them both to protect her. Being in a new place, surrounded by so many people, she felt overwhelmed, terrified that they would hurt her like the others. She feels her wrists are now free, and that power within her, was now accessible again. The only problem S.H.E.I.L.D has yet to figure out is that as L/n heals others she has to feel small amounts of their pain, but does not cause any physical damage to herself.
