At the age of 16 Rainbow Dash and her Shinx followed by her childhood friend Fluttershy leave the Canterlot (Kalos) Region and head to Kanto to start there Pokémon journey. During the journey they'll meet some new friends and make some new rivals all the while Dash has her mind set on her goal and that's winning all the regional leagues and to be the best. Sonic, recovering from trauma, along with Shadow and Silver, are dragged into Equestria, where they encounter mysteries upon mysteries connecting their world to this new place. They meet the Mane 6, and they all promise to help them get back home. All the while a looming darkness threatens everything.

Sonic and his friend, XLR8, embrace their new home on Earth after bad guys wanting not only Sonic's powers but also XLR8's. They have stumbled upon Canterlot City and have been secretly living in -- until they accidentally knock out the power grid, sparking the attention of super-uncool evil genius and mad Scientist, Dr. Robotnik, and his partner, an evil doppelganger of XLR8: Rush. Sonic and XLR8 meet and team up with Canterlot High's star athlete, Rainbow Dash, and her adoptive sister, Scootaloo, and together they must travel to Manehattan to retrieve Sonic's rings and stop Robotnik and Rush from using Sonic and XLR8's unique power for world domination. (This is inspired by and based on "Sonic The Hedgehog Movie - Equestria Girls" by CPVive, but with some more references.) Sonic the Hedgehog is owned by SEGA and Paramount Pictures. Things will be challenging from here as the Mane 7 must find out the dark secret of the Everfree Forest, discover their true potential as the Elements of Harmony, and try to protect Equestria from the evil Lord Tirek. After disappearing from the Shatterverse, Sonic had found himself in Equestria and meets Twilight Sparkle and her friends and stayed with them for a few days, until he can get back into the Shatterverse. Things went up until when one night at the Crystal Empire, Sunset Shimmer and Nine takes the element of Magic, Twilight's crown. Sonic, Twilight and Spike travel to another world where Sonic is still a hedgehog, Twilight turns into a human and Spike turns into a dog. The trio reconnect with five girls, who were actually their pony friends in this world, Shadow and the Shatterverse's versions of Sonic's friends. Will Sonic and his gang defeat and reform Sunset Shimmer and Nine? Or will they crumble and Twilight and Spike will never return to Equestria.
