Wednesday lived most of her life not caring about coincidences because she didn't have to after all coincidences was nothing she can't handle but when she gets sent to Nevermore and became roommates with a very colorful werewolf and has to deal with her adhd best friend who is a DRAGON?!?? Maybe she should have just gave Jacob a wedgie. Enid has always tried to keep optimism no matter what she's dealing with. That's mainly because she's secretly weeping about not being able to wolf out yet. Not being able to wolf out means she can't find her soulmate and no soulmate means she'll die all alone. Well maybe not all alone since her best friend is dealing with the same situation. She has already developed a small crush on her so maybe it won't be that bad. Grinnly is unlike most of her kind mostly because she hasn't been able to turn into her dragon form what she's hiding is that she'll never be able to because of the type of dragon she is. (Which is something only Enid know) she doesn't have that intimidating nature of other dragons. Hint on why they call her Smiley. She's mostly always happy and has an affect on people that makes them love being around her. Though she does have those days where she gets upset about not finding her soulmate yet. But hey she found Enid and now Wednesday maybe they can be platonic soulmates?

Aloria Yaldon was an enigma. She came to Nevermore Academy the same time Wednesday did. And though she's a siren, she doesn't speak. After a tragedy befell her and caused her to be sent to Nevermore, she no longer spoke. But why not? Wednesday sees it as another mystery to solve. Enid sees it as an opportunity to make a new friend. Neither were expecting the emotions that came along with interacting with Aloria Yaldon. Wednesday Addams is new to Nevermore Academy and within an hour of stepping into the building she quickly became the academic rival of the golden girl, Enid Sinclair. Their complicated relationship will go through rough patches as they both have complex feelings for each other, which worsens when shocking secrets are unraveled before they could admit that they tolerated one another. The respective families of the girls will prevent them to develop a healthy rapport, but unsurprisingly, the most impactful factor that will impede honest communication about their true feelings will be their own stubbornness and their own beliefs of very touchy subjects. Evidently, their friendship could've blossomed into a beautiful, yet doomed, romance that will be cut short by tragic love-ridden actions.

When Wednesday returns she finally comes face to face with her roommate Enid Sinclair who she hasn't seen since she left Nevermore. They have exchanged letters over the months apart but what will happen when they finally face each other? What will happen when Wednesday needs help to pull a ruse on her family, and asks Enid to fake date? This book has many twists and turns... I have decided to add more Addams family to the show like seen in the movies and even the animated one.
