Have you ever stared out your window up at the stars after a rough day?
 
Maybe you just got off a long shift at work, or maybe you're trying to balance too much at once. 
 
Either way, you wonder why isn't there something more to this world other than the day-to-day 
 
In this book, you will follow a young woman and her protective cat and tank of a dog. 
 

In the first two chapters:
 

She goes to the city by herself for the first time to retrieve medication for her mother, and other than a little thing here and there, things seem to be going pretty well. 
 
But then things start to go downhill fast on her way back home, and things will only get weirder from there. 
 
At least she has her familiars to stand by her side through out her venture and some new friends.



Quick heads up: I'm currently updating this book, and I've never made a book before in my life, so I hope I can do it justice. 
 
Please forgive me if the punctuation is a little wrong. Words kind of blend together whenever I read, so I'll do my best to double-check everything.
 
And last thing, this is a Borderlands book. If you've ever played the game, you know what to expect. Please read the author's note for more information.
