An energy being from a highly evolved civilisation called the Circulate is placed on 21st century Earth as much lesser evolved and less powerful version of himself. He is to help stop a corrupt Circulate technology called NETB or Naturally Engineered Technological Being from setting up a colony base to import more corrupt NETB. They want control of what is known by the Circulate as an Evolution matrix that is at Stonehenge. This being in the Circulate is known as City Master Jogan but on his mission, he takes the name Professor Bruce Baron. Others from the Circulate are also present in their lower forms plus others of higher power that can only act with him when the time is right to use their technology secretly to stop this initial attempt to invade.
