Sam and Taurtis are about to begin their first day of High School. And that would be fine, if they didn't live in a world where everyone can switch genders and have cool powers. The world is dominated by the female gender. Years ago a hormone was discovered and given the name Isis. The Isis Hormone, once introduced into the human body, endows the user with a wide range of powers. Some users develop psychic powers, others develop great intelligence, superior strength, magical abilities, etc. The only drawback is that the Isis Hormone is only effective in people with the XX chromosome, i.e. women. Follow the misadventures of young Orazio in a hostile world dominated by powerful women.

Imagine a world in the future where women can acquire superpowers simply by taking a hormone. Imagine that this hormone doesn't work on men. Now, introduce into that world a very attractive and somewhat bipolar 18-year-old boy. Three generations ago a hormone was discovered that was capable of giving some of humanity great powers. For some reason the hormone only had an effect on women. The hormone is known by the name of Isis. Humanity has been divided into two groups: the women who have taken the hormone and the rest. Orazio is a young, attractive man who has just become an adult and has found out the hard way that it is not easy to be a man in a world full of super-powerful women.
