This Is a BakuDeku fanfic. Izuku's dream of being a hero changes after he got diagnosed to be quirkless. That dream had become a distant a fantasy but he soon twisted it into a new goal. He decided that no matter what, he was going to help people. He was going to do everything in his power to become a hero of his own. However, being diagnosed quirkless wasn't the only thing stopping him; his brain had been growing a tumor and blocking important parts of his life. How will the once raging blonde react when the green haired boy greets him more like a stranger with a hero obsession then as an old friend years later? More info: -Quirk! Bakugou Katsuki could have just left him there, he knows, but something pushed past that and led to his former best friend sitting on the couch, explaining everything that happened to him. He doesn't know how to feel, especially when he learns that he's falling in love with the boy he'd previously bullied. Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there?
