This is a type of autobiography i made to help inform some people of my current standings in the game we all play, Life. i also have been using it lately to "unload" my life since i got no where else to do so.

Over the years many people have asked me, "What is the secret to great leadership?" I always answered the question by discussing my tried and true leadership principles that I fully cover in this book. Leadership development is a lifelong journey. Take the time to continue your journey. This great book takes the epic challenge of leadership down to the basic fundamentals for aspiring young leaders. I explain my leadership principles to give my readers additional techniques to improve their skills. It is a must-read for transitioning or retiring military personnel who are about to navigate the difficult task of translating their military leadership skills into useful civilian leadership. As a former student-athlete, I battled a lot of adversity and had a lot of high moments. Throughout my journey, I've learned a lot of things from observing others and listening to mentors. At twenty-four, who really is supposed to have it all figured out? This is my personal story of some of my time as a student-athlete, my personal battles, and my greatest highs. This story also details ways on how to deal with frustration, adding the right people to your circle and removing the wrong ones, relationships, and making a difference. This story is just an average man giving you, the reader, average advice and teaching you how to be a "mindful superstar."
