My favourite couple as always are my Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan from Guardian by Priest. the story is about two cousins that they grew up together as loving and so close to each other but as they grow into teens they were separated from eachother but later again they got to meet. Zhao Yunlan is a trouble maker and lazy, he hates working and only spends his time playing around. He was the one who raised Shen Wei from when he was a babe until he became a teen but always getting on his nerves. Shen Wei is totally the opposite of him, a wise and smart man that makes everyone in the family proud of him, he is calm and confident. The only thing that shakes his confidence is Yunlan especially that he has obsessive compulsive which make Yunlan always make fun of him. the story is sweet, funny but sometimes becomes serious and sad. I hope you will like it ??

Zhao Yunlan was in charge of an elite team, which had been hired to safeguard the lives of a group of Professors in search of a lost archaeologist, in Mount Kunlun, but as they entered the forbidden mountains, they found more than old bones and ancient history... They found a world beyond their imagination. A Weilan adventure story. The English is bad, but the story will interest you. Give it a try. This is fully a work of fiction created only to entertain, I don't own Guardian the novel, rightfully owned by Priest or the drama version.

Shen Wei who lived in a place where only he knows, received a signal. He followed that signal and reached a world quite different from the world he lived in. He met Zhao Yunlan, a policeman. BOOK 1. This was the first book that I started to write in May 2023. I always liked the idea of the story. Shen Wei patrols the streets at night, while he teaches by day and has health plus emotional problems because he's over taxing himself, so he visits Chu in the countryside. Yunlan is a spirit unable to help but can only watch until the opportunity comes along to change his situation. They also deal with kidnapping, burglary and it introduces Black Robes guards who are in every book that follows. This one was challenging to write but I enjoyed every minute, hope you like it as much as I did while writing. x

This is mainly about Wei's difficult journey to heal after his emotional injuries from his last struggle with a psycho maniac. He has a touch taboo and won't allow anyone near him, along with random memories which bring fear and terror back into his life. Yunlan is his friend first, and his psychologist second, and he helps him to overcome his fears, but it takes time and patience. Wei is kidnapped from his own garden after he starts to look into the fake black robe who is trying to help people and Yunlan has to ask an old friend for help to rescue him. Mac was his tutor at university when he studied psychology. This story has adventure and lots of emotion, but is mostly about about relationships.

A new case of murder at the University, brings two unsolved murders back to haunt Zhao Yulan. This story was the result of watching Bai Yu in Memory Lost. In Ep 1 Zhao complains that Shen Wei had not visited them since his father had retired. Presuming he wasn't working for his father in SID, as Shen didn't know he was there, what was Zhao doing before he was Chief? No Beta and so all mistakes are mine. Sorry. English is not my first language.

(bk14) They are two halves of the same coin, magnets drawn to each other when they are apart. Zhao Yunlan is an unwanted detective in his department and finds a warm welcome in another where he learns that life is more complicated than he could ever imagine. Shen Wei is on holiday but not the kind everyone else would consider and is shot by accident or not, he doesn't know, but he calls out for help and his other half answers even though they have not met. An old enemy returns, an old character also returns, and an old face leaves to start a new job. The main characters are taken from the TV series Guardian and adapted to suit the stories. The series was adapted from the book by Priest, who is a wonderful writer. Without her we wouldn't be able to enjoy following her brilliant characters. Zhao Yunlan was a well-known Guardian of the human realm who hunted down even the most dangerous ghost that plagued the broken world, but a casual encounter with a mysterious professor at Dragon City University changed more than the chaos in which humanity found itself for hundred of years, he also changed to his own destiny. This is an alternative universe story, more related to the novel than the drama, but I hope someone comes to like it. Sorry for the bad English, it's not my main language, my bad. I don't own Guardian the novel, because that belongs to the awesome Priest, nor the picture used as cover for this work, which I give the proper credit to his rightful owner. Happy reading.

BOOK 3. Shen Wei works in a bank in the background because he does not like to mix with the customers. After a raid, he is mistaken as the inside man but only briefly which leads to him meeting Zhao Yunlan. The story follows their relationship through illness and crime and eventually finding out their past historical connections. I usually wait until my stories are complete before posting. There are one or two references to the last book, very small links. There is more physical violence in this book which was a challenge for me but fun. Hope you enjoy it, as always, it's pure imagination.
