To keep myself from losing track of: all the contests I've entered, all the contests I've volunteered myself as a judge (or let myself be voluntold into judging), all the books I've had to read as a contestant or as a judge, all the deadlines, and all the other important stuff, I've decided to create a book that registers all these things in a somewhat organized fashion. I can't remember who advised me to do that, but whoever you are, and there are probably several of you, thank you. I've been reading that it's extremely common for contests to be a bit sluggish with follow-up if a person wins a major prize and gets graphics and shout-outs, so I'll use this book to keep track of that, too. I had no idea so many people would be adding my personal convenience book to their own bookshelves, let alone voting for chapters - if my book of contests is useful to other people, that makes me happy. Very happy. However, I feel I must reiterate that although other people are welcome to browse my public contest logs and look for contests, look for information about details of contests (i.e. you want me to pour you some tea), etc, these contest logs are primarily for my own use. I enter so many contests that I can't keep track of them without a log. I forget important details, too, including things like "Note to self: You do not get along with this contest host, best not participate in their contests." This was never meant to be an "expose" book. I'm not exposing anybody. Contests are matters of public record, as are any comments made in the contest books. I'm just a ditz who needs a written log to keep track of everything. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders. This is not to humble-brag, but I've been critiquing and have worked with story development for quite some time, and I've picked up a lot along the way. ☙ - As an Ambassador, I work on content projects. ☙ - If you look at my profile, you'll see everything I've published so far has managed to standout in one way or another, whether by leading me to become a �������� Star; or by winning a Watty (twice!); or by being picked as a Top 10 in major �������� contests (twice!); or being featured. All I'm saying is I'm no slouch. I'm not brilliant either. But I've got some experience around what can catch an agent, editor, or judge's eye, and I'd like to share that with the community. ☙ - In another lifetime, I used to work for HBO in Development and at ICM (the talent agency) in their writers' department which means I understand how professionals quickly gauge whether or not they'll take a closer look at a work and/or make an offer. This kind of insight can be helpful if you're planning to submit your work or even just want to stand out more here on ��������. ☙ - I used to provide critiques for three writers, all of them traditionally published. They seemed to value my insight. Read the RULES, LOGISTICS & PRIZES chapter for guidelines. All entries get a brief assessment of their first chapter, with winners getting more extensive critiques. PROLOGUE: Thanks, I Hate Being Welcomed To The Villain's World. (COMPLETED) ______________________________________ The misadventures of Prefect Kat, the 19-year-old ace lesbian isekai'd into a school full of problematic pretty-boys, armed with only her lack of f*cks and knowledge from years of mental health treatment. Will she survive? Will she ever get home? Will this damn cat ever stop causing problems? How long will it be until she even SEES another woman? Please, she is so gay and so, so lonely. ______________________________________ Writing the events of Twisted Wonderland as if I (or at least a version of myself that would actually progress the story) were the main character. CW: Swears (I swear like a sailor), descriptions of violence (describing in-game events; my style gets pretty prosey.) A lot of artistic license/minor worldbuilding/details/etc. Probably no ships; definitely no selfships or MC/OC+Canon ships or whatever you wanna call it. If there are ships, they're gonna be more subtext than anything else. If I go too OOC with ur faves I'm sorry, I'm doing my best but I'm dumb and mostly just try to get the 'vibes' right for each character; also might comedically exaggerate some traits for Shenanigans purposes sometimes. I own nothing besides myself; all characters/settings belong to Disney and Yana Toboso, etc., etc., pls no class-action lawsuit I have no money

Hello! I am completely rewriting Disney's animated movie, Hercules, into a Supercorp story because why not I love the movie and I love the ship so complete credit to them. (it takes a long time to change things over like the first chapter is the first 5 minutes of the movie and it took an hour to do so updates will be kinda slow but consistent. I also have another supercorp book so I will be updating there as well) I will maybe be changing some things here and there but overall it will be the same.
