After a mysterious lockdown of the Hadal Blacksite, Urbanshade dispatches its first group of "expendables," convicts of a high-security prison sent to retrieve a crystal to be pardoned. Among this group is Ally, Tim, Marina, and Steven. But this is no normal blacksite. As the four progress further into the maze of rooms, they discover things that should never have been found...things that are hunting them down. One misstep could lead them to their unfortunate demise. The prisoners must learn to work together to make it back to the surface alive. A fan fiction based on Pressure, a horror game on Roblox. It is actually very far along, but I am trying to pace my posting. It didn't matter that Tessa had a good reason for doing what she did. She had been found guilty of murder, and was sentenced to life in prison. After accepting a contract to venture through "the Blacksite" in search of an anomalous crystal, Tessa's life changed in ways she could only imagine. This is literally the first draft of this story, and I'm constantly improving, so expect a finished version of this with minor edits on Ao3 once it's completed!! WARNINGS: This fic starts off pretty tame, but there is mild gore and heavy swearing. Later on, around chapter 10, things start to get heavier in terms of gore and violence. There is also some pretty heavy smut, but it does not over take the plot (it's primarily plot-relevant, helping to reveal the characters' relationship dynamics and insecurities a bit more directly.) The characters are both consenting adults! :)
