What if the Quarter Quell didn't happen? Snow has decided to postpone the Games, but with some conditions. With their families lives on the line, will Katniss and Peeta accept their fate and give Snow what he wants?

Against all odds, Katniss has survived the Hunger Games, but nothing is as she wishes. Her relationship with Peeta is strained, and whispers of rebellion swirl around them. As they embark on the Victory Tour, Katniss agrees to be friends with Peeta, but quickly realizes she wants more. Their romance becomes real, but as pressure mounts to prove their love to the world, they do the only thing they can think to save them and the people they love: get engaged. But the lines of their public and private lives blur when they decide to marry outside of the pressure of the Capitol, holding a private toasting for themselves in an attempt to preserve as much as their relationship for themselves as they can. As the Quarter Quell is announced, Katniss and Peeta prepare for the Games, each determined to sacrifice themselves for the other's survival. But everything changes when Katniss unexpectedly discovers she is pregnant. This story is based off a mini plot twist, but otherwise this is just an After Mockingjay story. The plot twist is basically that Katniss didn't kiss Peeta when they were in the Capitol during the Rebellion, and how it would effect Peeta's recovering, since that is obviously taking it a step back. --- Katniss is broken, tortured, and she has lost almost everyone she ever took a second to care about. Almost. Peeta is still alive, but also still hijacked. Will Katniss find a way to cure Peeta, and get him to come back to her? And how does their future, after the Rebellion, look? (The first 16 chapters has been re-written, because I accidentally deleted the story oops)

It's been 15 years since the revolution and Katniss finds out that she is pregnant. But when Peeta leaves on business, how will Katniss cope by herself?

What if Peeta and Katniss never teamed up? What if Katniss finds trust in the most unlikely person? When Katniss volunteers for her sister, her only thought is to make it back to Prim. But what if another tribute catches her eye? Can she survive the Hunger Games? Can she figure out her mixed feelings for Cato? From the book: "So I want to know what you think about something. " I say slowly. He looks up curiously. " What is it Katniss? " he asks looking into my eyes. I feel immediately guilty for what I am about to say, especially since he saved my life by giving me bread. "So I have been thinking this over in my head and it seems that this is the only choice I have in order to make it home to Prim." I start. "Katniss?..." He says. He doesn't like what I am saying and I haven't even gotten to the worst part yet. "I know you want to make it back home to your family and I know that you are a part of my District, but I need to make it home to Prim!" I say, tears threatening to fall, I feel awful for what I am doing. Peeta looked extremely worried by this point. "What's wrong? What happened- " I cut him off " I'm... I'm... joining...the careers."

It's been seven years since the events of the book: Mockingjay, occurred. Katniss has been living peacefully with her husband, Peeta, and her two children: Rye and Willow. But what happens when a ghost from her past reappears? Will she be able to take the trash out, or will she die trying? One thing's for sure... she'll learn to never leave any Loose Ends behind. This story begins two years after the war and rebellion is over, and it is simply a story about Katniss' and Peeta's life together. In many other stories I've read, the Hunger Games return and continue to slaughter twenty-three children every year. That has not happened and is not going to happen in my story. This story is for Everlark shippers, so Katniss is not going to run off with Gale or something. Katniss is very happy with Peeta. They have everything by having each other, but they aren't married. Yet. When will Peeta ask? How will she react when she suddenly gets an unexpected visit by Gale, who has ignored her for two years? Read and get the answers to these questions.
