(Eight part story) You looked up to see that your room was completely painted in black, but the words written in red were gone, along with the voices. You shakily got to your feet, thinking it was over with. You were far from right. You looked towards the doorway to try and escape your horrible room. Your eyes immediately widened, filling with tears. You backed away, finally giving up and completely letting your emotions play across your face, despite who was standing in front of your door with a knife in her hand. Dave Strider, the cool, ironic, kid with shades, has to help guide one of the new kids in school but it turns out to be an old friend. Dave Strider, the head knight of the kingdom of Earth, has been sent to go after a princess in a tower surrounded by monsters. What he doesn't know is that Karkat Vantas, the head knight of Alternia, is also after the same princess. Will they kill each other? Probably.

Sollux was by the ocean, sitting on the dock one day. He doesn't really have the greatest life on land, he was fired from his job, he needed money to pay rent for his apartment, he didn't have many friends, and things just didn't work out for him anymore. As he gets up to leave from the dock, he falls into the ocean, but then he's saved by some mystery person and when he finds out it was a merman who saved him, he becomes great friends with him and finds out that his name is Eridan. But then, Eridan's father disapproves of their friendship and does something horrible. Sollux then finds Eridan with tons of cuts and bruises all over him, on the beach and helps him out. He does all of this while keeping him secret from everyone else except for his best friend, Karkat. After some time, he realizes that he can't stay on land if he wants to keep Eridan safe. Sollux will have to choose whether to stay on land and look for a different way to help him, or to become a merman himself and live in the water for the rest of his life.
