Sometimes we cry in silence because the words we want to scream would break us if we spoke them. In this book I have compiled the poems, I poured my heart and soul into when my lips didn't dare speak a word of what my heart so badly wanted to say. She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Hey there! This is a collection of all my poems at one place. All of them are very close to me for they are mostly -sometimes fully, sometimes loosely- based on my life. Safe to say, this is a guide to whatever is in my mind, whatever I've been through. This is me in a way, in the form of poems. Happy Reading friends Hope ya like it✨

For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. For the hearts that would ache while loneliness was the only company. For every moment of pain and solitude in this world that feels too cruel for such young and frail minds.

Poetry written by yet another individual just existing throughout as any other being like any of you, experiencing life and suffocating thoughts.

Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.
