Growing up Welcome Home was your favorite show to watch. All the characters were so colorful and cheerful, you couldn't help but have your eyes glued to the screen. Unfortunately the show came to a sudden end, and you grew up and eventually forgot about it. One day you were flipping through the channels when you heard a familiar, monotone laugh. You quickly turned up the volume and the theme for Welcome Home began to play. Falling asleep after hours of watching, you wake up in a strange, colorful world. The longer you're here, the more dark and twisted things you begin to notice. Will you be able to help your favorite characters, or will the darkness swallow you as well?

I only ever met one man I'd call truly noble. He was a man who was misunderstood and worthy of the world, yet everyone saw him differently. That was until I saw his true colours. The more I caught his eye the more he noticed me. We would pass each other, I would always stare a little longer at his back, wondering his story. People used to move out of the hallways if they saw him approaching whereas people would come and talk to me. He kept to himself, I was never alone, he had no friends, I was friends with everyone, I never saw him talk to anyone I spoke to many. we were polar opposites. At least that's what I thought until that day in the library, that is where I will start this story. Everyone is different, I hate the word "different", I much prefer the word unique. Unique is the only way to describe him. This is not just a story about love, it is about helping two souls who act differently but are the same on the inside, it shows the messy parts that aren't shown in movies, the tragedy, and the comedy but most of all the sizzling romance between two broken people who became one. Who is this story about? Caden James. But this is not just his story, It is ours.

The sudden realization hit them hard, making them question their very existence. They felt like an outsider, lost in a world that was not their own. Confusion and curiosity overwhelmed them as they sought to unravel the mystery of their true origins. I made my way through the dark apartment and found the couch. What was going on at this hour that wouldn't allow me to sleep? Whatever it was it was intense, and I wasn't able to ignore it. The rain could be heard smacking into the concrete and against my window. I step out into my patio to watch it, nothing seems of the ordinary, or nothing I could piece together. I never saw myself writing an x reader, but here I am. I don't care about the whole Y/N complications. There will be no physical characteristics implied aside from Wally being taller than you. I want everyone to be able to immerse themselves in this story, including people who aren't women, people who have differing skin tones. A lot of x readers have very specific main characters. I'm not here for a self insert. I'm here for you. Although, I will take the creative liberty to tell you that your name is now Neighbor. (no, NOT Darling.
