Seven (BTSXJimin)

Jimin, Namjoon along with the four friends looked sceptically at the man before them.

His face seemed to have been carved carefully as the God above gave the man a handsome face, broad shoulders and an elegant aura as he seated himself on the seat next to Jimin, wrapping his arms around the fragile yet strong omega with much adoration.

"Jin hyung? What are you doing here? I thought you said you were going to go fishing?" Namjoon could feel a question mark hovering over his head as his high IQ couldn't understand how the man who went to go fishing ended up in a coffee house far from the river?

"I did say I was going fishing but I didn't tell you I was going to catch fishes." Jin smiled as he looked at Jimin with sparkling eyes before continuing, "I was out to fish a mate who seemed to be playing hide and seek with us for some time now."
His smile was like the windshield wiper but it was unique and made Jimin feel giddy nonetheless.

'Is it the mate bond?' Jimin wondered. However, he snapped out of his thoughts and asked, "Wait a second, I never told you I was your mate. And with me being this careful, how is it possible for you to have found me out?" He pouted as he looked over any slip ups he had possibly made only to come up with nothing.

Jin chuckled as the others also reviewed through their memories for any case of mistake.

"It's true you didn't slip up while texting or leaving slips for us. But, I'd like to remind you that even walls have ears. You have gone to YG mall some days back with a friend and when you were telling your friend the truth, I just happen to be passing by after buying some supplies and well, rest is history."

Jimin groaned as he mentally scolded himself for being so careless.
"Well, since you've already figured it out, I needed to discuss things with you."

With Jimin turning to subject to a very serious and important one, the previous atmosphere passed as everyone felt the tension rise.

"As you know, having 6 mates and meeting them at once is... well, quite scary. So I thought I'd adjust and meet you all before your rut started. But then, my friends told me that waiting until then might not be good as we'd have to- you know- what happens during rut.... so we couldn't just do it some days after we meet. Hence, I decided to speeden things up and just today, I saw Namjoon-shi and since he's the father figure of your group, Baekhyun here suggested me to open up to him first and then slowly but steadily open up to others. And yeah, that's about it." Jimin's speedy explanation helped Namjoon and Jin understand everything as they agreed with Jimin's thoughts.

It surely wasn't easy to accept a mate much less 6 mates. It was actually commendable how Jimin was able to think rationally even with so much pressure.

Jin and Namjoon hugged Jimin tightly as they took in his slight smell which the omega was releasing to soothe his alphas.

"Okay then. Let's sort this out. Our heat will start on 16th June and the first one to go into rut on that day is Jin. After which is Suga, Hoseok, myself, Tae and finally, the youngest June kook. Out of all of us, you should be most careful and caring with Tae and Jungkook. They got many scars due to our parents early death and well, they're a bit younger than you as well. They don't have much control so it's good that they'll be going at the end as you'll get adjusted a bit. Also, I don't think they'll be wearing condoms. Rut won't give us as much rationality so I suggest you take up a birth control plan. Don't worry, we always worried about this so we've already found the best doctor and made sure that there is no chance of any side effects." Namjoon says and the two alphas puff out their chests feeling quite proud. Their faces of being happy with their readiness made Jimin brush out laughing.

Jimin laugh was like the chiming of bells in the Christmas season. It was melodious, soothing and absolutely charming. It drew attention and attracted one to hear him laugh no matter who it is.

Jin and Namjoon couldn't hold their smiles as they stealthily recorded the laugh and didn't forget to take in the burst of peach and vanilla scent that was unconsciously let out by their mate.

Finally, with tears in his eyes and a small smile still on his plump, lush lips; Jimin looked up at his mates who appeared silent ever since he started laughing only to find them smiling sweetly as well.

As the three couldn't break their gazes from each other, someone had to do it.

And the chosen scapegoat was none other than the poor, helpless Chanyeol.
He coughed to grab their attention and when he did get their attention, he flashed them a sheepish smile as Jimin blushed beet red and buried his flushed face in his tiny fingered hands.

"Okay then, let's move on with the conversation. You need a date to meet them all." DO kindly saves Jimin from further embarrassment.
"Hm. It's best if you do it within the first two weeks of May. In June, we have much to do... " Jin avoided eye contact as they were indeed talking about private things.
"I agree with hyung. This limit will help you hasten up but not too much. Let's not decide a specific date but rather choose a boundary. The second week of May, like jin hyung said is quite perfect. What do you all think?" Namjoon asked DO, Sehun, Baekhyun and Chanyeol. Of course, Jimin Is still the decision maker.

"I think it's okay." Sehun says as he thinks up every possible pro and con he could think of.
"I think it's fitting too." Baekhyun snaps his fingers with a smile as DO nods.
"What do you think, Mochi?" Chanyeol turns to Jimin who was silent.

".... I can't run away like a coward." With determined eyes, Jimin looks up and peers into Jin's and Namjoon's eyes as he smiles his famous eye smile as he resolutely makes his decision,
"I'll meet them sooner than the second week of May. Thank you all for your help. I would've been lost it not for you all."
