Powerful - Sequel to We Can Be Hero's

Missys POV
I hate the new girl. Ok...I didn't hate her i just hated how easily she fits in with everyone. Especially wildcard. Obviously I don't like him anymore but the way he accepted her right away made me see red. But I know that's not a reason to hate her. She seems nice, I have to give a chance at least. A cappella said I should invite her to our sleepover and I thought that was a good idea. "Alright." Lets do this I thought as I walked over to Alice and wildcard.

Alices POV
Oh. My. God. There was no way Missy was walking over to me right now. She still didn't know I heard her so I knew I had to play it cool.

"Hey Alice" she said

"Hi" I answered. Talk about awkward. Wildcard looked at the both of us starting to back away. I used my powers to pull him back to us, making Missy laugh.

"So" she started, as she stopped laughing "I was wondering if you wanted to sleepover at my house tonight? A cappella and fast forward are coming to."

I looked at her, smiling "I would love too."

"Awesome!" She exclaimed, walking away.

"Well that was something" wildcard said leaning on my desk.

"Yeah" I replied leaning next to him. "But maybe this means we can become friends"

"Yeah maybe"

We looked at each other for a minute feeling something linger in the air like last time. I felt myself leaning into his lips as he did to mine. Just as we were about to touch lips I heard someone say my name. I shoot my head around accidentally hitting wildcard in the face with my hair.

"Ace!" A cappella called again, "come over here!"

I apologized quickly to wildcard and walked over to girls, still trying to process what had happened.

"Were wildcard and I about to kiss!?" I stopped thinking about it once I got over to the girls.

"What's up?" I asked them

"We just called you over to talk about the sleepover" Missy started.

"Oh of course, yeah!" I replied.

"Well since we stay here until 5:00 we're just gonna go straight to my house." Missy told me.

"And we all packed clothes but since you got here just today we're thought maybe you could teleport to your house and get your things." A cappella explained.

"Yeah, that's fine" I replied "what do I need?"

"Pjs, toothbrush, hairbrush, pillow, and if you have it some movies" fast forward explained further.

"Sure I'll go it right now." I stated, focusing me energy.

Home!" I shouted as I zapped out of the room.

When I zapped into my house I ran to my room to get my supplies. I opened up an old backpack and threw in some clothes, my tooth and hair brush, and put my pillow out. Then I walked to my dvd collection to look for movies.

I decide on "The Goonies" "Ferris Bullers Day Off" and "Titanic." I pack my dvds carefully and zapped back to the Heroics room.

"I back!" I called to the girls.

They walked over and smiled.

"What movies do you have?" A cappella asked

"The goonies, Ferris Bullers Day Off, and Titanic."

A cappella gasped at the end of my list.

"What? What?" I asked

"Titanic is my favorite movie!" She squealed

"No way! mine too!"

"And goonies is my favorite!" Fast forward chimed in.

We all started talking about the movies, as Missy just stood there. I felt bad so I tried to include her.

"So Missy, which one of these is your favorites?" I asked. She looked down at them then up at me

"I haven't seen any of them." She told me, coldness in her voice.

"Oh! That's fine then it can be your first time." I smiled

"You're gonna love titanic" A cappella stated as she started to sing "My Heart Will Go On." We all giggled and Missy looked up at me smiling.

"Maybe we could be friends." I thought happily.

Missys POV
Maybe Alice isn't so bad after all.
