Life with the Video Game Cast

I knew Joey Drew Studios was huge, but I never expected it to be this big in person. "Well, we're here." he mumbled as he walked up to the door. I quickly raced after him and walked up to the door with him. Cuphead knocked briefly before the door just kind of cracked open for us randomly. "Stay close, it gets a little crazy in here." Cuphead warned me before we walked inside the broken down studio. I watched him walk inside and hesitated to walk with him. He eventually went back and grabbed me to take me inside.

Quickly as we possibly could, we dashed past the main entrance where there were tons of cardboard cutouts of Bendy, just like in the game. "We've gotta head to the ink machine room before he does something." he explained to me. "What would he do?" I asked. "His dad might force him to take another soul..." he replied seriously. I was shocked by hearing that. That's when I knew we couldn't back away from this. I ran after him to get to the place that he was talking about to try and find Bendy. I looked into the room and saw Bendy just sitting there in a chair just minding his own business before he saw his dad walk in. "I just can't believe you sometimes. You know all I want is for you to be like me. Just to get out in the world and start your own name. But here you are wanting to be your own person. You know that's not acceptable! Especially in this world we live in!" Mr. Drew snapped. "I know dad! You don't have to keep reminding me that I'm a mistake!" Bendy snapped. "Well, I wouldn't have to if you just behaved and did what you're told!"

"Should we go help him now?" I whispered. "Not yet, nothing's happened yet." Cuphead replied and I just looked behind us to make sure no one was coming for us. "Ugh. I don't know what else to do. Just eat your soul so we can get it over with!" Mr. Drew growled and fired up the machine. "N-No! I'm done doing this crap! Leave me alone!" Bendy cried and began to walk away. Joey didn't wait though and he fired up the machine to prepare for whatever might happen next. It started making all these weird sounds of it starting up. "We gotta get him outta here." Cuphead panicked before he raced into the room. "Hey, cut it out!" he shouted and headed straight for Bendy to get him somewhere safe. "What! How'd you get in here?" Drew shouted. I was happy that we were gonna get out of this place. That was before I noticed all the ink and figures were starting to move. "Uh, guys!" I cried. Both looked at me and saw the creatures rising out of the black, sticky, blob and reached out for us.

I saw the ax in the corner and grabbed it quickly to defend myself. "C'mon Bend, I'm getting you out of here." Cuphead reassured and grabbed his wrist. "W-What?" Bendy cried as he was dragged along with us. "Get 'em!" Drew shouted. I whacked at them with the ax and they slowly disappear, wondering how much longer I could keep this up. "Just hop on!" Cuphead told me and threw me onto his shoulders. I watched him just run and drag Bendy along and we didn't stop running. I'm glad I wasn't running, I would've been dead by now. "GET US OUT OF HERE!" I shouted freaked out. Finally, with everything he had, he burst through the doors of the studio as we headed out.

Never once did I think I'd be happy to leave an art studio. I took a minute to breathe and looked at the others. They seemed to be ok. But we couldn't rest now. "We've gotta get outta here!" I sighed and now it was my turn to drag them somewhere else.

I was out of breath from all that escaping. What have I gotten myself into? "T-Thanks for saving me. You didn't have to y-you know." Bendy thanked us bashfully and looked to the ground. "Hey... It's no problem. I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have said all those things to you. Sometimes I forget that just because you act like such a tough little demon, doesn't mean you don't have feelings deep down. Can you forgive me?" Cuphead wondered. I saw the look in Bendy's eyes as he just reached over and hugged him. "Yeah. I can!" he sighed happily. I smiled for them and watched him suddenly let go and back up. "Uh, sorry. I just needed a hug." he smiled and looked down. "N-No worries! I get it!"

Call me skeptical but I know most of the time what people are feeling. I looked at both of them and saw they were both slightly embarrassed, a little bit red, and both had these goofy smiles on their face. "Oooh!" I chuckled and raised my eyebrows. "W-What?" Bendy asked. "You like each other!" I told them and barely pushed them closer together. "S-Shut up!" Cuphead replied and looked away. I noticed Bendy's face heat up a lot and smiled. "Alright, let's head back. I'm ready to leave this creepy part of town!"
