We Can Be Heros {Reader Insert}

It had officially three days. Three days since you and friends had saved the world and parents. And three days since you had finally got a date with your crush. Wild card. You stood there looking at yourself in the mirror. You still had your light purple star Pj's on."What should I wear?" You thought. "You know what why am I thinking so hard about this?" You realized. I mean come on it was just an Ice cream date. You were about to just put anything on until you heard the doorbell. It was only 12:00 (Yes it is the middle of the day and you are still in your Pj's I just see as that type of person fight me 😤✋) so it couldn't be Wild card because you date was at 3. "I'll get it." You yell walking out of your room towards the door. "Hello." You say as you open the door. And what you shocked you. There was A Capella and Missy standing at your door with huge grins on their faces. "So~ we heard that you scored a date with Wild card~~~~." A Capella says as she and Missy both welcome themselves in your house.  You stood there for a second shocked that your friends just let themselves in. You roll your eyes and groan as you close the door.

"What are you guys doing here?" You ask Missy and A Capella. Missy was sitting on your bed while A Capella was going through your clothes. "Well, we heard that you got a date with wild card from..... an unknown source and so we just had to help." A Capella said. "Well, that figures for you." You say to her. "But, why are you here?" You ask Missy. "One, A Capella made me and two, I thought it be fun to help out." Missy answers. "Ok, that was part of what I was expecting." You mumble. Then you realize something. "Wait, where's fast forward?" You ask. "She was busy." Missy and A Capella reply. "Hey, I thought that was our thing." You whine to Missy. She just shrugged at you with a small smile. A Capella was still going through your clothes and tossing them aside. "Ugh, none of these clothes will do we have to go shopping." A Capella says. "Come on, A Capella it's just a trip to the ice cream shop why is it such a big deal." You ask her. "Look, I don't know who put together your wardrobe but whoever it is they need to be put in jail for some of those clothes." She said pointing at a pile of clothes on the floor. You groaned. "Coming from a girl that wore a pink and green shirt with jeans once." You thought. "Wait, the real question is why are you still in your Pj's?" Missy asked you.

"Look I am a girl of comfort I would wear my Pajamas all day if I could." You say matter-of-factually while crossing your arms. The two rolled their eyes at you and smiled. "Well since it took us too long to get here we have to hurry if we want to get at least one outfit for you." A Capella says. "Well, since there is no talking you two out of this let me get dressed." You say shoving them out of your room. You come out a minute later in some jeans and a (Fav color) 'Dream on' shirt (You see the reference I did and if you do I will love you forever). "Ok, quick how in the world are we paying for this?" You ask. "We have our ways." Missy says as her and A Capella smile at each other. "Ok, whatever you say." You tell them. Then you realize something. "Shit, Guppy." You say. "What about her?" A Capella asks. "I can't leave her home alone my parents will kill me. They said they'll be back on time for me to go on my date but if they see Guppy here without me I'm deader than the darkness on planet drool when mom found out she was light." You tell them. They looked confused. "Story for another time." You tell them. "Hey, what's all the noise about?" You all hear. Missy and A Capella turn around to reveal your little sister standing there in all her glory. "Hey, Guppy wanna go shopping?" You ask her with a hopeful smile. "Hmm, why not." She says. "But, what for?" She asked.  "Well, umm...you see-" You started. "We need to get your sister some new clothes for her date." A Capella says. You practically deflated at that. Guppy didn't really like it when you had crushes or dates. Well, not like you could have any without her scaring them away. She was basically your cockblocker.

And it's not like she didn't like Wild card she just didn't the fact that he was taking you from her. Guppy had a scowl on her face and crossed her arms. "I'll buy you some of your favorite candy." You offer. She thought about it for a second and eventually complied. You all sighed in relief. After you and Guppy got your shoes on all of you walked out the door and into the city. It had been a few minute and you pulled out your phone. 12:25 it read. You were panicking your date was in 2 hours and 35 minutes. "Uhh, guys we don't have a lot of time here can we hurry up please?" You ask A Capella and Missy. "Don't worry dear we already arrived at our first stop." A Capella says with a giggle. You dead panned at her words "First stop."  You thought.
