You we're getting ready you were about to go pretend to be married to Hotch, to catch an unsub. You guys were going to a fancy gala so you wore a dark green long dress, it almost looked like a prom dress. Your hair was in a braided bun and you wore black 2 inch heels. You had to add jewelry so you added a gold necklace and a ring to show you guys were "married". Now you we're finally ready to meet up with hotch. When he saw you in the dress he was at a loss of words "you look gorgeous" he said still a little blown away "thank you, you don't look to bad yourself" you smiled up at him while adjusting his bow tie. "Shall we" he motioned toward the entrance and moving his elbow towards you "we shall" you giggled placing your hand on his arm. You guys walked to the doors and went in. Everyone's heads turned toward you two. You guys walked closer to the back of the room. You guys drank the fancy champagne they were serving and he asked you to dance. You guys slow danced and while you guys were dancing and staring into each other's eyes. From the corner of your eye just behind Aaron. Was the unsub he'd caught on to you guys. He pulled out a gun and pulled the trigger. "Hotch watch out" you yelled pushing Hotch out of the way. The unsub bullet just missed you two. You both pulled your guns and Aaron shot his. Later that night at the hotel, you were taking off your uncomfortable heels and let down your long hair. Still in your dress you hear a knock on the door so you go over and answer it. Standing there is Hotch and he barges past you into your room. "Come in" you joked confused "y/n how do you do that" "what?" "At the gala you went from dancing and being in the moment to the job" " I-I don't think I'm understanding" "y/n you don't get it" "you are right I don't so explain" he growled and smashed his lips onto yours. He broke the kiss "does that explain it" he asked "I think I'm still a little confused maybe try that again" you smiled up at him "anything for you" he smiled back and kisses you lightly this time.
