It had been one and a half years of Jungkook and y/n dating and they moved in together. Jungkook had changed a lot. He worked hard for his company. Y/n too started working at his company. They both were a happy couple. Jackson and y/n are still friends. Jungkook apologized to him for everything he had done to him. Jackson still loves y/n but didn't confess to her seeing she is happy with Jungkook. Jennie and Soobin are getting married this week and have asked y/n to attend their meeting with Jungkook.

Jungkook's pov:
Baby get ready we're getting late. Said Jungkook getting tired of waiting for y/n.
Yes babe just coming. Give me 5 minutes. said y/n from their bedroom upstairs.
I was waiting for y/n to come downstairs when I saw her coming down with a red gown.

I was jungshook seeing her like this. My jaw dropped seeing her beauty. She never fails to surprise me with her beauty. How could one be so beautiful? I didn't realise I was just staring her.
Koo baby? What are you doing?? Let's go we are late already. She said fixing her dress.
Do we really need to go? I mean I don't mind staying home and do things with- I was cut midway with a light slap on my right arm.
Okay Mr. Jeon you stay home, I'll go to Jennie's wedding and have a dance with some other man. Okay? Bye. See ya. Y/n said teasing me and went out of the door.
Nooo- no baby wait I was kidding. I whined and went after her running.

We reached the wedding and congratulated Jennie and Soobin. I could see how happy y/n was for Jennie when she and Soobin kissed each other. Y/n had tears in her eyes seeing her bestfriend like this. And I had tears in my eyes seeing tears in y/n's eyes. I couldn't wait to marry her. I wanted to propose her for so long but I didn't think it was the correct time.
We went back home after the wedding and y/n couldn't stop smiling and talking about Jennie and her wedding. I could see in her eyes that she is prepared for a wedding proposal.
Y/n had her birthday 2 days later.
So I decided to propose her on her birthday.

Y/n was a little sad since Jennie was always there for her birthday but this time she was on her honeymoon with Soobin.
So I prepared a date for y/n and I. I took her to her favourite restaurant and then for star gazing cos she loved it.
We were walking hand in hand in the field when I stopped her in the middle of the field.
What happened koo? Why did we stop walking? Y/n asked
Baby I wanted to ask something from you for so long but I didn't know whether we were ready or not. I said.
Tell me what it is. Y/n said.
I kneeled infront of her and took out a ring from my pocket and held it infront of her.
Baby, ever since you have entered my life, I've only been happier. I was so lucky to find you. I didn't know what did I do in my past lives to get a person like you as my girlfriend. I always wanted to be your family and have a family with you. Will you make me the happiest man by saying yes to my marriage proposal? I said.
Y/n had tears in her eyes.
Omg babe I didn't expect this! Yes! I will marry you. I love you so much. Thank you for coming in my life. Y/n said and knelt down to my level.
I cupped her face with my both hands and kissed her. She kissed me back. It was perfect. Under the dark sky full of stars just like our life.
She and I had a past like this dark sky but now we have happy moments like these stars that'll shine bright in our story. We may have unhappy moments and dark nights in our future but again, it's only this dark sky that makes these stars look special and these stars are nothing without the black sky. Just like our story. If we didn't have dark nights in our past, our present night sky couldn't look as beautiful as it is looking right now.
I promise y/n. I'll make you the happiest woman in this world. Thank you for being in my life. I said as I attached my forehead to hers.

With that the two people became one. Jungkook's love won over y/n's hatred for mafias. He proved himself. He indeed had a "secret" and because of it things became complicated but at the end of the day, it was just him, a normal man, with the love of his life and won over all the hurdles that came in their way cause he might not be a mafia anymore but he still keeps his promises, be it making y/n the happiest person in the world or be it "I promise y/n, I'll make you fall for me one day." :')
